After visiting the Rheinfall, stopping in Schaffhausen is a must! The pedestrian zone around Vorstadt is beautiful, with many small, local shops, restaurants with patios on the street, musicians and beautiful painted houses!

Enjoyed an afternoon walking through this city. We visited on a Sunday and were unable to enjoy any of the stores, but had a delightful time walking and enjoying coffee in one of the several open coffee shops and bakeries.
