In Zurich about a block from the main train station a couple of trams lines stop before arriving at the Hauptbahnhof. There is an area like a little park where several bus companies have offices and depart from that area. The schedule with the prices are posted for each company at their location. There are buses to the falls and the castle in a package that includes the boat ride. There are tours to other parts of Switzerland. There full day tours and shorter. There may be longer days tours. I didn’t notice any trains along our travel route. There is a Starbucks across the street from the park. Once the tickets are purchased you are assigned a bus with a driver and guide. There are a short stops along the for restrooms and snacks. There are restrooms and dining at the falls, castle and a village short period of the time. The castle and the falls are nearby so more time is spent there. There is a limited amount of walking at the other stops. The visit to falls requires extensive walking up and down flight of stairs on uneven ground. The bus takes you right to the location without the requirement for additional transportation.
