It was some awesome viewing area - 360 degrees. Apart from the view there is nothing much to offer on a Saturday afternoon. There... More

Took the boat fm Lucerne (lovely n windy ride), chg to cable then to cog train. It was my first time seeing snow and I was super excited, it looked like a winter wonderland, and pics taken were absolutely beautiful. Unforgettable experience.

The ride up the mountain is half the experience. Having been on both cable cars and cog trains - if you have never experienced the ride up the mountain in a train - would strongly recommend. Some great views of the Alps from the top. If this is your only choice for a mountain by all means do it but... More

Well above expectation. The scenery was brilliant, contrasting snowy mntns with green expanse. The boat and cog train and cable car round trip was well worth it.

The views were phenomenal and the cogwheel ride up and down was so much fun. There was still some snow at the top, but not much. Disappointed that the restaurant was closed.

The views are fantastic. We took a boat ride from Lucerne, up the mountain by the shuttle train, and returned to Lucerne on the train. The views were worth the 50 minute trip each way.

Fun ride up and great view, we went through clouds and when we reached the top we could see clouds looking down. I strongly reccomend taking the 2nd train going all the way to the top, the view is breathtaking. There are many lovely hiking trails that are worth checking out.

Was there yesterday. Everything was written in foreign language and missed the point to take cable car. Waited another 1 hour to get down to Vitsnau. Still managed to take "train" up to Rigi Kulm again and WOW, the crowd had cleared and it was simply beautiful. Switzerland is really the Alps wonderland.
