We hired Alps2Alps to drive our family from Geneva airport to Meribel Les Allues. I emailed a request and received a prompt reply with a very fair quote for our family of 6. When we asked to change the pickup time, the promptly accommodated us. Upon landing, we had a text from the company and another from our driver, Mikus, confirming the pickup time and location. Mikus parked very close to baggage claim and met us inside between the baggage claim and our breakfast restaurant. He was helpful, courteous, and I enjoyed speaking with him during the ride while the kids slept in the oversized van (ten seater with plenty of room in the back for 3 ski bags, 4 large suitcases and 4 roller bags). He drove perfectly, gave us a stop before a known traffic jam on the only possible route to Meribel, and then helped us unload at our destination. We initially hired Alps2Alps because of their outstanding reviews, and are now riding two more times in the coming week to another destination in France and then Switzerland. These destinations would have been much more difficult to reach via public transportation, and probably also much more expensive for a family of six. We give Mikus and Alps2Alps 5 stars and plan to work with them for all our future vacations in areas they serve.

A fabulous service provided by professionals. Clear vehicles and when I paid for the category of premium van, twice they came with the V-Class which is the best in its class imo.
On time, easy payment done online before hand, flexible with changing the pick up time 2 working days before hand. Just 5 stars all round!

Traveled 2 times with Alps2Alps this season to Les Deux Alpes. Every time it worked out without any problems. There were some minor delays, but it is understandable. Customer service is very responsive over the email. We needed to change our flight time, as the airline has cancelled original flight, they amended it within an hour for some additional fee (as the Airport has changed as well). Overall a very good service, would definitely recommend to my friends.

Overall, we had a terrible experience with this company.
We booked round trip transfer in a minivan, from Geneva Airport to Chamonix, including significant luggage and skis. Communication was great prior to our trip, confirming our reservation and then explaining what arrival would look like. We were flying from London to Geneva, and were told to expect a text from the driver, and they’d be waiting at baggage claim. We didn’t receive a text, but the driver was there as expected. However, the driver wasn’t parked in the standard airport transfer section of the garage. We navigated all luggage through the garage, up the elevator, and across the garage to their car. The car they were in was definitely just a personal vehicle, and was NOT a minivan, just a standard sedan. He was polite and was able to fit our luggage, however my husband and I had (heavy) bags on our laps at at our feet for the entire ride. Not comfortable and definitely not what we paid for.
I should have emailed, but took it as a mistake and since we made it, let it go. However, our return trip was unacceptable. We had a transfer scheduled to leave our hotel in Chamonix at 7am, again for a minivan. The driver arrived a few minutes early, and then started shouting when he saw our luggage. He was in a Prius, and again, not a company transfer vehicle, just a guy driving a Prius. He started shouting at me & my husband, pacing around our hotel lobby, and got on the phone. I also called the emergency assistance line at that time. The driver never came back in, but they got in their car and left. LEFT, leaving us with no transport to the airport. The agent on the phone told me to take a picture of their car and email it to them (because this happens) and to ask my hotel to arrange a car. Thankfully, our hotel was amazing, and they were able to get on the phone and schedule transport for us, which we paid a premium for, of course. We then nearly missed our flight.
I emailed the photo and a request for a refund. I received a response 2 days later, saying that they would review my request with their third parties. After a forceful request from me for refund, I did receive a partial refund.
I would never, ever book this company again. Their drivers did not arrive in the booked cars, and the return driver was absolutely unprofessional and literally left us stranded. They were €50 cheaper than their competitors when I booked - trust me, it is not worth it. At all. Avoid at all costs.

Myself, my wife, our 20month old, our two friends and their 14 month old booked a private return transfer from Geneva to La Rosiere with Alps2alps this January.
At the time of booking several weeks before the trip I requested that two child car seats would be required. There was an option for this on the booking website which was reassuring and encouraged to me to select this company.
Despite clearly requesting two baby seats for our transfer at the time of booking and further confirming this with a driver via text the evening before, on arrival at Geneva there was only one baby seat.
The driver was aware we required two seats before the job and communicated this to management but was instructed to proceed to pick us up with only one baby seat.
What was even more frustrating was the wholly inadequate customer service provided by the Alps2Alps emergency service hot line who provided suggestions that were unhelpful and dangerous. First of all we were blamed for not accepting a booster seat for a 1 year old child. Secondly it was suggested we drive without a baby seat. Eventually three hours after our pick up time we were abandoned to find our own taxis…none of which we found had a baby seat.
Fortunately our driver (who is completely blameless in this scenario…though did acknowledge he had done 4 transfers that day and had been up since 3am…we reached our destination at 11pm) hadn’t left yet, took pity on us and had the presence of mind to take us to a supermarket to purchase a baby seat. This meant we still had a short drive with only one seat but we literally had no alternative at this stage.
Following this experience I was very worried a similar problem would occur on our return journey.
I sent an email raising my concerns and a follow up phone call where I was repeatedly reassured that there would be two child seats for our return journey.
Unfortunately despite this reassurance our 5am return transfer vehicle had no child seats at all (only a booster seat appropriate for older children). The driver had only been informed to collect six passengers and was unaware there would be any children travelling.
I called the company emergency help line again and was told there was no alternative solution and was encouraged to take the transfer without child seats.
We ultimately did do this despite our obvious concerns re safety as we felt there was no alternative that would not result in missing flights and unknown delay and costs in getting our two families home.
Alps2alps have offered no apology or explanation following this failure to provide the service I paid for.
Laughably they have offered me 40 euros credit should I ever be insane enough to book with them.

The company wrote in the agreement that the pickup from Avoriaz would be at 9:20 so that we could arrive on time at the airport 3 hours before the flight.
The day of departure came and slowly they started calling us and saying that the driver is delayed by 10 minutes, after that another 20 minutes and so it took her an hour until the driver arrived.
(Those who know Avoriaz know that it is impossible to get to the hotel, it is required to wait at a central collection station)
We stood for more than an hour (because we arrived before he wouldn't wait for us and we would arrive on time) and waited in a temperature of 16 degrees below zero.
Then it turns out that there are also traffic jams and it's not an hour and a half as said, but two and a quarter hours - we arrived an hour and a half before takeoff!!!
We had to run in absolute madness and beg to be allowed to go through the long lines and in addition to that we didn't have time to do 'tax free' as we had planned as part of the benefits we deserve as tourists.
When we got back home, we contacted the Alps2Alps company and explained the situation we were in.
And we asked that, due to the excessive delay, they refund us the cost of the 'tax free'.
We were told that they would find out the matter and get back to us.
We haven't been contacted since.. we tried to send more messages but no response.
It is very sad that such a large company with a good name does not know how to take responsibility when they make a mistake!!

I'm writing to you to let you know that I'm extremely disappointed with your service. I paid for premium transfer to take me and my family from St Moritz to Milan but I received a below average van with unacceptable conditions for a 2.5 hour drive which was completely misaligned with the service that I paid for. Note that on the way in I had booked the same service for the same price and received a proper van that met the standards that I had paid for.
It is truly a shame because looking at your ratings online I can see that you have optimal reviews, but with the service I received today you are putting your reputation at risk. Be assured that I will not got lightly on my review of your service after today.
I am attaching pictures of the vehicle as proof that this is not the intended premium vehicle I paid for. I expect nothing less than a full refund for this trip.
Driver was 20m late when I have requested yesterday to change my pick up time for 30m and on your website and the message received was IMPOSSIBLE but at the end you could reach the time booked.
My booking was paid with 2 child seats, and the car even bring it one at all. when I was with 3 years old twins seated on my legs.
Drivers speaking on the phone while driving, not using freehand call.
No bottlers of water in the car, when it talks about premium service.
The photos used in the webpage are just to make you use and pay the service.

Absolutely shocking experience with this company.
Firstly, they showed up nearly an hour late for a pick up that I paid 70 euros extra for.
We hired a small bus for 15 people and there wasn't even enough room for our luggage and ski bags, it had to sit on top of us.
Half way through the journey the bus stopped and we were told to get off and into two other vehicles (with no warning) - the other vehicles never showed up so we proceeded to get back on the bus.
Our driver was driving erratically (two passengers ended up vomiting) and at one point he overtook a car and almost had a head on collision with an oncoming car.
One passenger left his wallet on the bus. We rang the company to see if it could be arranged to bring it with on the return pick up and no one would help us or even tried to help us. We contacted the driver who was asking for 200 euros to return the wallet.
Once we returned back to our home country we tried for months to have the wallet sent back and was getting limited to no response and no help. All cards had to be cancelled, a new drivers license had to be paid for and a new wallet had to be purchased - we received no compensation.
Four months later, the contents of the wallet arrived by post WITHOUT THE WALLET.
The experience we had with this company was despicable and I would highly advise against using them.

Terrible experience with transfer from Geneva to Avoriaz, when there was no driver to meet us in arrivals, the writing was on on the wall, and it just went downhill from there.
Despite company stating on its site that driver would meet you, he eventually appeared some 45 minutes later, couldn't speak English and his vehicle was abandoned some 10/15 minutes walk away, not the easiest with cases and skis ! As for the vehicle, totally inadequate for two adults cases and skis - a Toyota saloon and we were cramped in the back seat with skis down the middle. Vehicle totally unroadworthy with faulty rear suspension which clearly would have failed an MOT, and we felt every bump en route which was like a white knuckle ride. Added to this was the route taken to avoid tolls etc by going through the suburbs of Geneva on a Saturday afternoon with the driver continually on his mobile phone.Took ages. Eventually did go on motorway where he was clearly driving at excess speed.
The return journey to Geneva was though how it should have been, a people carrier with loads of room, an English speaking driver and a more comfortable transfer and on time.
This was the first time we had used a transfer company having previously booked package ski holidays, wouldn't use again.

I booked and paid for a transfer in October 2021 for a transfer to Les Deux Alpes in January 2022. On 16 Dec 2021 I requested a refund following closure of all french ski resorts by the french government due to covid. A2A offered me a voucher for the full amount or a money refund of 80%. On 27 Dec, I pointed to their website which stated there was no admin fee to be paid for the 2021/22 season. They agreed to refund the full amount but that it would be at least 90 days, "due to covid". The ski hire company and accomodation company refunded me in less than a week. On 31 March, I gave them a further week to pay otherwise I would dispute the transaction with my credit card company, This spurred them into action and they finally paid up nearly 6 months after taking my money.
They get 2 stars only because I've used them twice before with no issues. I won't be using them again.
