I saw some animals that are dead

I enjoyed my visit, I saw many stuffed animals and even visited the cafe which had the stickiest floor I have ever encountered.

This place was not suitable teenager and adult UNLESS u're animals lover! I went with my sisters (20 & 23 yrs) and yeahh~ it was boring, we just go through the museum because there were just various animal replicas. There were lots of family with young children and i saw it! They enjoyed it but not as much as me... More

For an entire week and beyond it never stopped raining in Geneva, so I resorted to visiting this museum even though Natural History museums aren't really my interest. I was pleasantly surprised at the vast number of displays, how well it was curated and that its free; a winning combination! Loved that some of the larger displays offered a few... More

This place is big, free and contains around 1200+ species. I kept this as a back up plan for rain. Really recommended.

We spend 1.5 hours looking at all the animals. Very nice but we're a bit disappointed from the lack of English explanations.

If you're a fan of animals and taxidermy, this is a great way to spend an hour - some really good and unusual stuffed animals and there's a nice little gift shop too. We didn't see many interactive elements but there were lots of displays to keep us occupied.

As the weather was rather miserable during our time in Geneva we looked for something to do in the afternoon. The museum is free and superbly laid out with so many exhibits. Allow a least 3 hours to see everything. The number 8 bus stops directly outside.
