This place is the right place to have a small lunch at any time of the day. Its very low profile but trendy. The food is fresh and simple. You can also have a small "swim" in the lake at the same time.

for sure this isn't the typical geneva place. you see a lot more of the alternative types and a lot less of the suits, but there's still a varied crowd that mixes well. recommended: fondue!!!

For a beautiful view on the old town of Geneva from its lake water level visit this extension of the right/northern side of the lake promenade. It is very popular for swimming and sun bathing during the warm months, and accessible for a walk and...More

It's an institution If you're in Geneva during summer time you MUST go visit "Les Bains des Pâquis". Cheap, social and with and unique view of the city, it's the place to chill during summer days. Prices are super low, food is good and people...More

At Paquis lovely and honest dishes are served as one can enjoy the view over Geneva and of the old bains (baths). Lively atmosphere and friendly staff. The staff- we were told - is in a reintegration project and by earning a living at Paquis...More

In the summer this is a great place to swim, drink beer and eat lunch. In the winter they serve fondue which is to die for. Make sure you get a reservation for fondu on weekends. Very casual. They have fires and is rustic.

This seems to be a really great social space for locals, and perhaps French speakers, to enjoy various activities. In the summer I can imagine it would be buzzing however after mid-September it seems to drop off somewhat. We tried the cheese fondue which was...More

I've been there everyday on my trip to Geneva. The place is absoluetly perfect! The weather was really good and there's a lot of places to sit because it's kind of huge. There's also a really nice restaurant inside.

Stopped here as it seemed very busy with locals excellent views of the lake and excellent spot for sunbathing and a swim. Excellent priced cafe very cheap by Geneva standards and excellent views an added bonus well worth a visit on a nice day.

For the "beach", it's Fr.2 per adult, for the hammam/sauna, it's Fr.10 per adult. There is no entrance fee for the restaurant (self service).
How do I get there on public transport?

Take bus number 6, 8, 9 or 25 to stop 'Mont-Blanc'. Walk east along the lake. After about 500 meters you will see the jetty on which 'les Bains des Paquis' are located.
