We just found out about this place on the last day of our stay. Very cold water, and great experience swimming in the lake together with duck and swan.

Very nice place to come with great view of the Leman Lake as well as a nice place to swim in the summer time. In the winter time, the fondue after a nice massage is a good tip. Also, they put some logs on fire...More

A truly authentic cheese fondue meal – the much loved Swiss staple – is best relished away from the stress and bustle of city life. Bain Des Paquis is a great place to lay-back and hang out in the sun right next to Lake Geneva....More

Worth a visit particularly in good weather. Good views. Free entry. Check out the restaurant - cheap, generous, good quality food in spartan surroundings.

Not only this is easily the coolest thing in Geneva, I honestly believe that many much larger and less sterile and posh towns would give anything to have place like this! It's simply beautiful, and so nice, easygoing and friendly that one could easily spend...More

It is a place a bit away from the touristic spots; a place where it is mandatory to get some fondue in Winter and some wine of the Valais! Went there my first time visiting Geneva and now a Friday tradition since I moved to...More

Third time to Geneva and someone finally pointed me to this low-brow local destination. Had a delicious caprese salad and rose wine. Good price, interesting and fun location. Will Check it out again—all the food looked great.

I visited with a friend who lives in Geneva. This place is a gem, super cool, not for profit. We had fondue, cured meats and bread. You order at the counter with your drinks and they bring it to your table. They make their own...More

Bain des paquis is another spot around the lake. What makes it unique its the rather relaxed vibe and young crowd. Sit by the lake, have some wine and stare at the moon. This will be nicer than you might expect.

Sorry Dawn I saw your question only minutes ago. Did you have a good stay. You couldn't swim the lake in December but I hope you had a good stay

For the "beach", it's Fr.2 per adult, for the hammam/sauna, it's Fr.10 per adult. There is no entrance fee for the restaurant (self service).

Take bus number 6, 8, 9 or 25 to stop 'Mont-Blanc'. Walk east along the lake. After about 500 meters you will see the jetty on which 'les Bains des Paquis' are located.
