Right from our first touchpoint with Chantal and Max, our experience was very pleasant and it only got better over time! Chantal and Max designed our 2-week family vacation (our first big vacation after Covid) with a lot of attention to detail and ensured that all our family member's needs were very well taken care of. Switzerland has amazing experiences to offer and its people are truly inspiring. But we could not have discovered them without Chantal and Max.
The events/experiences chosen for our family were well-tailored and just right. They were unique and also gave us the opportunity to engage with local Swiss people and get a glimpse of their lifestyle and take a lot of inspiration from them.
Max's ability to engage us and work through any situation that came up is truly a key highlight of the trip. It was very relaxing to have Max give us the multi-day tour for the first 5 days so we did not have to worry about driving in a new country. By the end of 5 days, we felt comfortable in Switzerland and were confident to explore on our own. Chantal and Max had set us up with different tour guides for the rest of our trip who were all amazing.
The hotels we stayed in in different locations were simply outstanding both in design and service. Chantal and Max chose the rooms with great views. We could rest well before we began our Swiss adventure every morning!
The best way to explore Switzerland is with Chantal & Max! We are thankful to all the wonderful people we met who made our trip delightful!

Excellent isn’t a fair enough rating. “Over the top excellent” would be more appropriate. Our group of 4 worked with Max and Chantal to plan a 4 day adventure around the Lake Geneva (Leman) area. The sights are breathtaking. Max and Chantal attended to every detail and selected great experiences for us. It was certainly exploring many traditional sites but also understanding the Swiss way of life. Learning about Swiss winemaking, cheese and chocolate were highlights. Fishing on Lake Geneva was something we’ll never forget. And the B and B in Montreaux was something special. Can’t say enough about our 4 day adventure.

Chantal & Max's travel services lived up to their mission of providing bespoke tours that give you the opportunity to interact with the true roots and artisans of Switzerland. We gave you a hard challenge of creating a Sunday adventure activity and elegant meal for eight and you delivered spectacularly. Additionally we had a short window of time to see and experience another part of the country, I didn't have the time or knowledge to research all the logistics and you made it so easy.
Chantal was our primary contact in advance coordinating the communication, options, answering questions and confirming logistics. This continued during our trip to Saanenland with access via What's App for questions that came up and making sure we made our connections. Max was our in person guide and connection for our Geneva 50th birthday celebration that totaled 8 people.

Let me start by saying - AMAZING! The level of service we received with Chantal & Max was unprecedented! This trip was special, as we wanted to combine our love (and business) of cheese and desire to see this beautiful country not as a tourist, but as something more more unique - personal, fully customized, and off the beaten track.
The service they provide YOU CANNOT DO YOURSELF - no matter how much research, planning or know how. They have not only the experience, the personal connections, but more importantly a level of service and ability to think outside of the box that transform your regular holiday to something magical. They hit the mark on every single level, and we will absolutely use their services for any and all future trips back to Switzerland!

I was in Geneva for work in November and had a free day. I decided to hire a guide to show me the real Geneva and the countryside. I wanted to be a local for a day. I was lucky to find Chantal and Max. They put together the best 8 hour experience you could ask for. I was introduced to some amazing people of Switzerland and “brought into their home”. Chantal was amazing at working with me to customize my experience then Max and I spent the day together. From touring a family owned winery and family owned cheese factory to one of the most amazing lunch experiences to finally just getting to speak with Max for the day and getting some of his endless knowledge of the area. If you are looking for the best I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. I travel A LOT for work and try to take time to experience all of the areas and these guys gave that experience in spades. Thanks guys!!!

We cannot say enough great things about Chantal & Max! It was our first experience with a travel agency, I am so grateful to them both. The various hotels chosen for us were all just fantastic. The experiences were interesting, engaging and informative. The sincerity of the people we toured with (cheesemaker, wine maker, chocolate maker, Alpine horn maker, Sail experience) was so endearing and special. We never felt like a number or a tourist.
If your considering Switzerland, this dynamic duo is your best bet. We have already talked to 2 other couples we know about going to Switzerland and we have fallen in love with this beautiful country.
Attentive, kind, amazing and responsive. I HIGHLY recommend. They made my husband's birthday and wow. wow and wow. We were lucky enough to spend the day with Max in Vevay and I have officially adopted him as my nephew.
Switzerland will always be in our hearts forever.

They planned the perfect honeymoon for my son and his new wife! The views were spectacular, glamping is still being talked about, and the food was amazing. Everything Chantal and Max planned was perfect! I felt like they knew my son and his wife. There was nothing the two of them would have changed. Thank you for above and beyond service and care!

We were planning to visit Switzerland off the beaten path and approached several agencies. We were disappointed with the proposals we received including from international brand names and was about to give up when I chance upon Chantal & Max through reading the reviews here. Chantal and Max endeavored to understand our trip objectives and preferences, provided their valuable views and suggestions. We engaged them for 4 days and it turned out to be absolutely experiential. The quality of the places they brought us to we’re fantastic, truly local experience and engaging. Chantal does great planning and is detail oriented whilst Max delivers a highly personalized experience and goes the extra mile in every way he could. He shares a tremendous amount of insight into the history and culture of Switzerland and is highly engaging throughout. He is an impressive and skillful driver too and you will enjoy how he navigates narrow roads and traffic. He made adjustments to the planned itinerary where he deems we can do/see better and is highly sensitive to our pace and preferences and yet not afraid to be firm where he feels strongly that we need to see something unique or push boundaries with us.
In terms of cost, there were no surprises of additional expenses at all. It is what it is.
Thank you Chantal & Max for delivering your brand promise and for going out of your way to create a memorable travel experience for us.

This was one of the best tours we've ever had on our travels... the sights were beautiful, the locals we met were fascinating, the food was delicious and Max was just perfect... enthusiastic, with lots of stories to tell and he personalises the tour just for you. It's probably the best way to see a more genuine side of the region compared to what you can find on google or on the more mainstream tours. We're hoping to go back to Switzerland next year and we will definitely do another tour with Max!

We called on Chantal & Max to concoct a family reunion weekend.
We were 12 (including 4 children) with each specific desires and needs, so we tought: not easy to please everyone !
C&M have listened attentively and have not missed a beat of what we told them was important for us this weekend.
2-3 keywords and go, we embark on the adventure without suspecting what awaits us ...
The booklet given at the time of departure announces a weekend full of emotions, exciting discoveries and surprises which we are eager to learn more about.
The result: a MAGIC stay with a smooth flow (not a single second we felt the complexity of the organization!), Attentions for each of us, an impressive anticipation of our needs and desires, a discovery of 3 Swiss cantons through sumptuous landscapes (each road was carefully chosen to become an experience in itself) and adorable local partners sharing with us their passion, their art and their love of Switzerland.
We also opted for the "one day with Max" option (during which you are completely taken care of by Max) who turned out to be exceptionally kind, full of consideration for each of us and just present as he should to let us some intimacy as a family. Chantal made sure that we did not miss anything and that we were expected wherever we went, which was an extraordinary feeling.
An perfect couple that we can only recommend you to create unforgettable moments filled with emotions !!
A big thank you to both of you and looking forward to calling on you for our next vacation!
