We had a great time in the "serial killer" room. The staff was kind and attentive and since it was our 1st time, the staff helped whenever necessary via a walkie talkie (but always "playing" a character of supporting investigator, but whithout giving too much information - which helps keep the atmosphere of the game). Highly recommended

I tried all the Escape rooms at the physical location just off the Butini tram stop, and I found them all enjoyable! A kind staff member will explain the process at the start and give some background to set the scene ("You are detectives on the trail of a serial killer...") You also get walkie-talkies to communicate with the staff and ask for hints if needed.
The Escape rooms all had great props (though I have seen more authentic-looking props in other Escape rooms), and all featured many different puzzles (including various lock puzzles, symbol-based puzzles, magnet puzzles, etc). While there do seem to be some puzzles that don't quite connect to the theme, quite a few were ingenious and well-designed, and several connect to earlier clues in the escape rooms.
I particularly enjoyed the Egypt escape room, which has you using torches in the dark to navigate sand-filled spaces for clues, but all three at the Butini location were excellent (we didn't try the outdoor escape room). The staff are generous with hints if you request them, and were kind in encouraging us to take victory photos afterwards with some of the props from the rooms. You couldn't ask for better service!

Living in the area, we have been to most of the escape rooms in Switzerland and neighboring France, Germany and Austria over the past couple of years. The Mind Escape opened last year and it's by far the best we have been to, if you take into account the games themselves (sophisticated and very well designed), the venue (super-well maintained and 'upmarket') and the staff (super-friendly and helpful). Worth every single CHF...
Come by public transport as parking is scarce - if you use a car, there is the public parking at Cornavin train station but the little-known underground parking of the Hotel Wilson right on the lake is just 5 min away and costs the same.

We went to MindEscape for the second time. We played the bank robbery and the ancient pyramides. A lot of fun, really well conceived and very challenging. The staff is very nice and motivated. We will come back to test the last room!

My first time doing anything like this. We went with a small team from work to do the serial killer game, all beginners. We all agreed that it was a fabulous experience, and completely surpassed expectations. We had dinner afterwards and couldn't stop talking about it! I thoroughly recommend it.

We have visited over 20 escape rooms so far, in Paris, Florence, Singapore and Geneva.
The MindEscape is definitely our favorite. An incredibly immersive setting combined with very well prepared challenges await you there. We have done two of the three rooms they have right now, and have been impressed both times by the quality of the game.
We absolutely recommend this place to everyone, from first-timers to experienced gamers. Do try to be at least 4 players though, if you're trying the experience for the first time, as even the "easiest" room (Serial Killer) can prove to be quite challenging.
A great thank you to the entire team who have done an excellent job and offered us an unforgettable moment!

I love this place, I’ve been twice with some friends. First time we did the pyramids scape room and the Serial killer the second time. It’s so much fun and people working here is really nice. I highly recommend it.

The title is a direct quote from my daughter, who treated 12 friends to a game of MindFall for her twelfth birthday. They had a terrific time, discovering secrets, pursuing clues, following discretely placed spies, and traveling across the city of Geneva in unexpected ways. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for a fun birthday. Ioanna Liouka and her amazing team, super friendly and helpful, did a wonderful job leading the girls through the mission. I highly recommend!

As an escape room addict I have been combining my business trips with one or two escape room visits for over five years now....this one ranks among my top five world-wide. Great, classy venue, super-friendly staff and well-designed rooms. Having done the bank robbery with a group of associates, we came back for the pyramid the next day. Pity that we could not do Nr. 3 - will be back ...

My daughter (11) asked to organize her birthday party at the mindescape. We have played 2-3 together as a family but she wanted to try this one. She loved it!! All the kids (19 total) had a very nice time: "best party this year".
We cut the birthday cake there after and continued after in our place.
In the meantime the mindescape team let us organize an extra surprise in the room for my daughter! She was excited. :)

Hi Renee,
It is 400m away (5min walk) from there. You head north on Rue de Lausanne then 4 blocks later you turn right. The MindEscape is on your right hand 20m later (Rue Butini 15).
If you prefer using the tram, the tram stop Mole is opposite your hotel. You head north and you go down on the next stop (Butini). Walk south and turn left on the 1st corner. The MindEscape is on your right hand 20m later (Rue Butini 15).
The price depends on the number of participants per room:
- 2p: 100chf
- 3p: 120chf
- 4p: 140chf
- 5p: 150chf
- 6p: 180chf
