The bus left an hour late; no explanations were provided before or after. The bus never arrived at the destination; we were dropped off 45 minutes away. The bus arrived 3.5 hours late. That's due to a surprise break the driver took, not knowing where the resort was and several route errors on the way. Ben's Bus never bothered picking us up. We were left to arrange a last-minute costly pickup. We were never consulted on this. So far Ben's Bus has failed to refund us for the lack of its services, the damages, and the poor handling. It also blames everyone else on this instead of taking responsibility, literally telling us other companies we never heard of or made aware of at the time of purchase are to blame.

Excellent service provided by Ben during the difficult times caused by Coronovirus. Very good information on the website and exceptional response to emails and refunding our of costs. We will certainly be using Ben's Buses next season

The three of us got picked up at Les Arcs 2000 by a very fancy new coach - good first impression. However we were told we'd be swapping buses at Bourg St Maurice (main town at the bottom of the mountain), we didn't think much of it at the time. Upon arrival the coach driver dropped us and the 15 other people from other bus parts of Les Arcs off at the bus station, then he just left without saying a word about where to go or when the next bus picking us up would come. Thankfully the next Ben's Bus coach arrived within about 10 minutes and we were on our way. Timing of the trip was fine, but the second coach used (for the main part of the journey) was the worst coach I've ever been in - there was absolutely no leg room, a lot of people had to sit sideways with their legs in the aisle for two and a half hours and anyone who was sleeping with their seat reclined meant that no one could sit behind them as there was literally about 3 inches of space between the seats. You probably couldn't even fit a 5 year old child in there. If there had been an accident then everyone's legs would have been disintegrated. Being 26 years old I could just about bare it but anyone older wouldn't have been able to sit on this bus. Don't see why they didn't just used the very fancy bus which dropped us off to begin with. Also there was no air conditioning so it was like a sauna in their. If you have a daytime transfer then I'd highly recommend getting the train from Geneva as it's much cheaper and more pleasant, then get the funicular to Les Arcs, we only got this transfer because we had to leave at 3:30am.

Well organised and simple. Our rep, Verity Streek was particularly great at sorting everything out and dealing with some drunk boys at the back of the bus. Good work.

Stand easy to find at airport. Good information about traffic situation, which was super heavy. We were treated to a cup of coffee by the representative when it turned out that the shuttle service to Val Thorens was slightly delayed. Return trip went smoothly. Would use again.
