About
The Apple1, chips under the skin or an original escape vehicle of a century old? The Museum for Communication takes a close look at interpersonal communication in all its forms. Direct, personal and individual: in addition to interactive stations, surprising objects and large-format video screens, flesh and blood people also convey the fascination of the world of communication. For this innovative invention, the museum received the renowned European Council Museum Prize in 2019. The museum combines content and experience in a playful way - and is therefore interesting for all age groups. Thanks to a discovery trail for children, it is ideal for families.

Visited with a 6 year old child and husband, everybody enjoyed! Especially with interactive parts. The highlights are the opportunities to make a real post stamps and print pictures. Very helpful staff, everybody speaks English and information is available in English too.

Very modern and very intelligent

The museum impressed me much by the honesty, intelligence, the way how it’s organized and how all the objects are represented. Interactive attitude highlights the importance of all the themes which are raised by the exposition. Highly recommend for self development, self education and for everyone who wants to understand the reality of the World

Absolutely recommend this museum! My husband and I had so much fun! It's all interactive on the main floor and is probably one of the top 5 museums I've even been to (we go to a lot). Great for kids too, they were running around loving it!

Engaging and fun for all ages!
Nov 2018 • Family
Tested Travel thought this would be a fun little visit -- we ended up staying a long time! Lots of hands-on exhibits make this especially fun for all ages. Of particular interest were the old-time phones (rotary) and typewriters. Read our full review at testedtravel.com

We went to the communications museum during the beer and museum event when you could swan around with a beer in your hand pretending to be cultured. This was an awesome museum. We went after work and so had limited time (well done marketing strategy team) so we plan to go back and see the floors that we missed. It's extremely interactive and also educational and not just about technology but languages and psychology and the whole shebang. Really cool and modern place. Great for kids and adults. Hours of distraction.
