Outstanding experience. Drivers were prompt, courteous, experienced, and informative. Both drove seemingly brand new, most comfortable Tesla sedans. The first was from Greece, but she knew the area extremely well and got us to our Zurich hotel quickly. Our second driver ferried us to Basel and was very knowledgeable about Switzerland while very curious about the States. He was a world traveler and asked as many questions as he answered for us. This turned into an extremely pleasant interaction on our drive, and we were very grateful to have met him. I would highly recommend Alp Tranfer for any of your transportation needs in Switzerland.

Our driver, Verner, contacted us upon arrival and met us in the arrival lounge. He helped with all our bags and ski gear. Verner was very friendly and we had an enjoyable ride. They also coordinated with our hotel in Zermatt to pick us up at the drop off location.

I am very grateful to AlpTransfer.com that the transfer was on time, and they even upgraded our ride to the elite Benz minivan! The car is brand new! There were 5 of us and there was so much room. The driver Yuri (?) was very welcoming and accommodating. The included bottled water is a nice addition and well appreciated for travellers like us.
