This botanical garden is free, so we decided it was worth a stroll. I couldn't help but be reminded of London's Kew Gardens - they have a lot of the same exhibits: a tropical greenhouse with birds, a indoor pond with the huge lily pads with spikes underneath, a room with desert plants. There were not a lot of people... More

Good for Sunday activity as all other shops are closed. Has many mosquitoes. Plants are few and not well maintained in summer. Limited picture opportunities.

A lovely little gem of a place to discover. The garden is laid out very clearly. The glass houses are the best. Like a mini Kew Gardens.

In this wonderful garden you have the opportunity to enjoy a moment of peace sitting on one of the confi benches or strawl through a rain forest.

interesting place. not a commercial place at all, just a place in the middle of the city where one can step away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy some nice green space. the cat roaming the grounds was a highlight. we had reviewed this place online prior to our visit. expected something more, but this was a nice change... I like to come here on the weekends. It is free, has a few really nice green houses. A big one with a jungle and animals and a few others - one housing the beautiful Victoria water lily.

Whilst this garden may not be the biggest botanical garden I've ever visited it was never the less very enjoyable, especially the areas where wildlife is encouraged.

The botanic garden has surprisingly a lot of samples of plants from all over the World. The big rain forest part is a must see on its own. The rest of the garden is quite good as well. And you can grab something to eat or drink or something to read and enjoy some relaxing moments in the garden.

very interesting the whole history of the chocolate. You can also taste it. Unfortunately, we were there the night of museum night and too many people. We wait 1 hour outside. A place to visit.
