It`s hard to get decent munchies and food without waiting too long in a cue line. Me used to US Sport events, takes two minutes to get a nacho`cheese. My first Basel game, rest of the experience was great! Next time i get my stomache filled in front of the arena.

Not to go to the pitch in London or Basel would be like a cake without sugar, like the Alps without cows, or London without the Emirates Stadium. Basel people is united with it's club like nothing else- and to heat the chanting of the Muttenzerkurve" gives you a shiver- they beat Chelsea, Liverpool and ManU - so they play... More

You want to dive deep into the very favourite occupation of Basel people? Well here's where everyone meets. Old and young, rich and poor, famous of not. Cheering, swearing, winning, rarely loosing. That's Basel, that's what we love.

Went to watch the EL final. The atmosphere was great and the stadium is beautiful. Definitely come back to watch another game or just show some of my international friends around.

A great venue for any sporting occasion. There is a good shopping mall next to it too. The nearby park is great to visit too. Easy access by tram after an event.

Although we had lost (liverpool - sevilla, European cup final) the stadium hospitality was good, also the food that was sold was OK, especially the beef hotdog :) good seating and nice atmosphere

The stadium is divided into four main blocks, A, B, C and D, each block covering one side of the stadium, and block G, consisting of the upper balcony added later. St. Jakob Park is a fairly modern stadium; construction started on 13 December 1998, replacing the former St. Jakob Stadium. The re-opening game took place 15 March 2001. The... More

My visit to the stadium was during the Europa League Final; but my review is not biased because Liverpool lost. The stadium inside is quite modern and comfortable to sit. But its surrounding area is quite ugly and, in fact, unless you enter the stadium you are surrounded by concrete.

A strange stadium from the outside- attached to a massive shopping centre and it is very difficult to get a view of the stadium from the outside, it's hidden in a real industrial type setting and certainly not the attractive frontage some of the stadiums pack. Once inside though, the view is good from even the highest seats. Steep seating... More

Nice stadium with easily accessible travel options and plenty of local hotels and restaurants unlike Istanbul. We had a great day out excluding the result.
