It's only 1 hr direct train ride from Zurich HB. So easy to get to and the Rail n Snow package made it even easier to arrange everything. Rental shop is right by the train station, then just on the other side of the train station to take the gondola to the ski resort. Then another long gondola ride to... More

Plenty of variety, don't have to queue much, and some really nice long runs. The only criticism I have is that some of the resort can be a bit disconnected. Like getting to the D lifts from the A or B lifts and vice versa. Went there with a friend to teach him how to ski and there are loads... More

Nice well prepared slopes. Skiing area not too large. Differing from black to blue. You can reach the area by car, train-bus and gondel. Can be busy as relatively near to Zürich. Great view on Churfirsten. In Sommer also rodeln and adventure Park.

I didn't do skiing but it was really nice place and nice people over there, I went to the highest point and enjoyed the spectacular views.

We went for a walk in Flumserberge and loved the peace and quietness in the off season. We walked from Tannenboden to Seeben Lake. Gorgeous views and many different routes one can take depending on preference. No lifts or gondolas were running when we were there and even the birds were quiet. Only a 1 hr drive from Zurich, and... More

Most people think of this area in connection with skiing in the winter, but it actually is a great area for visiting in the summer as well, doing hikes from very short to very extensive, enjoying the fresh mountain air and the beautiful view into the cragged Churfirsten mountain chain lording over Lake Walensee as well as the long views... Simply a great concept with all you need. I really hope that some new hotelliers and restaurant owners will step in for a slightly more modern plus in quality and service. Stunning views, great slopes.

I'd go back! It had everything for beginners all the way to those who wanted to try the super hard "black path" slopes. No complaints at all.

We went skiing for the first time in a few years and these ski fields were perfect for it. The "Bergbahn" ride up was spectacular despite the heavy fog that cloaked the mountain. The snow on the fields was fresh and well groomed for the most part (snow falling has that effect!). For re-learning how to ski and snowboard, it... More

The weather was fantastic, and the slopes were well prepared too, and the view from all over the place is just fantastic. The fantastic conditions came though at a price: the place was very crowdy, so make sure you arrive early. One more thing that could be improved on: at some slopes you really need to change chairlifts twice or... More
