It’s a “view from the top” that you can’t miss if the tower is open (which is normally in weekends but not always, so better to check online first!). Maybe it’s not the best view of the old city because you can’t see my favourite side of Perugia, but what you see from above the Sciri Tower (once owned by a powerful local family) is certainly worth the hundreds stairs you have to take. Try it on a sunny day!
