The great wooden doors are the giveway to this eye opener. Push through and you are probably inside the largest medieval guildhall in the world. But it is the beautiful wooden soaring ribbing and the startling guild colours that impress more than the swallowing size....More

I bought a museum card so I didn't pay separately for this site. 5 euros probably is too expensive for 2 rooms if you pay only for this, but I agree with others that the rooms are magnificent. Sadly no photos allowed, even without a...More

Part of the grand Palazzo dei Priori, the Collegio del Cambio is splendid, with fresh frescoes by Perugino and a crazy ceiling. There is carved wood there too, and an exhibit on the measurement and validation of coins. Worth a Museum Pass choice.

Officially 3 rooms, actually only two (the third one is close to irrelevant) and probably just the first one truly excellent, with Perugino's self portrait. If you are on a budget, skip it and head for the Galleria Nazionale next door. If not, go for...More

Just 3 rooms, but how amazing! Richly decorated, colorful (the museum keeper told us some people considered too colorful, contesting the latest restoration, but for sure the result is nearer to the original then the black patch that left untouched). Pity you can't take any...More

Just....not my type of museum and it was too small for the price. Not recommended if you are not crazy about frescoes.

Must see in Perugia, but prepare, which you need to do when visiting most places in Perugie. Preparation / reading is half or more than half of the fun.

If you are a Perugino fan it's a must. I've seen on TripAdvisor people complain that it cost a lot for only having two rooms, but you can (as we did) buy a ticket that cost only 10 euros (6 if you are a student)...More

Painted by Perugino, who also was one of the painters who frescoed the walls of the Sistine Chapel, this site is unique in terms of the condition of the works. Absolutely pristine. Breathtaking. If you care anything about the Renaissance, you must see this site....More
