We booked last minute due to the uncertainty of our holiday going ahead because of the pandemic and travelling from the U.K. Rafaella was quick to respond and it was absolutely worth every penny. We were just the two of us (me and my new husband) and got to prepare and cook a four course Italian meal, along with her local homemade red wine. We will never forget the experience and only wish we hadn’t eaten breakfast so that we could have enjoyed all of the food we had prepared! If you’re looking for an activity on holiday then we would highly recommend! Thank you Rafaella!

Great experience and wonderful time with Rafaella! We loved her cooking class and we loved the food we made. She is full of energy and manages to teach, tell and show in a natural and authentic way without loosing humor. Great fun to be with, also our teenagers!

It was great fun for three family households all cooking, each in their own kitchen, with Raffaella's enthusiasm and encouragement leading to a delicious outcome. We learnt a new and easy way of making pasta shapes. The pear cake was so easy to make and so good to eat.

This is our third experience with Let's Cook in Umbria. The first two were at the beautiful agriturismo, and this time we were in our own home. What a wonderful idea to offer live online cooking classes! The class was really put together in an efficient and easy to understand way. Recipes and an instruction sheet with ingredients, required cooking implements, and advanced prep helped to get set up an ready. Raffa used videos and was able to start, stop, and go back to sections as needed. The videos were silent and she gave live instructions and took questions throughout the class. It is a fun way to learn Italian recipes and I highly recommend it! Let's Cook in Umbria also recently was listed as one of the top cooking schools in Italy. Grazie Mille for a wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful time cooking with Raffaella. We cooked a traditional four course meal from old family recipes with wine, coffee and tea. We highly recommend a cooking class with Raffaella. Had we not pre-booked elsewhere it would have been nice to stay there as well.
