We are visiting and staying in Italy for an extended period. One of the things we wanted to do was cooking lessons on local Umbrian meals. Tita & Noni were recommended to us. I must say I had the most enjoyable and fun filled home cooking class. The recipes were simple and easy. The tips and tricks are priceless! Something that I can cook up at home with ingredients that are easily available back in Canada! The end results were delicious (I have attached some photos) ... and we cooked it ourselves! I will absolutely recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone who are looking for a cooking class while in the Umbrian region.

A few friends had visited Tita and Noni a few years back and they had always spoken very highly of them. Therefore it was only natural that we would go there on a recent trip to Perugia. We were welcomed into a lovely, warm and homey setting. We received a culinary education and wholesome conversation with a hearty meal. Would definitely recommend :)

Spent the best afternoon cooking and talking with both Tita and Nonie. Would definitely go back, even if we cooked exactly the same thing again next time - already made two of the recipes back home 🖤

Emma, It was a pleasure cooking with you but more special we enjoyed so much the exchange of the three cultures: Malta, Italy and America , what a treat!! Wishing you and the rest of the group a joyous and healthy New Year 2020. A big hug Nonie

We visited Nonie and Tita in Perugia. The setting was lovely; the ladies were warm and welcoming. They were extremely well-prepped and we were able to jump right into flat bread making. Under their instruction, we helped prepare more than half a dozen dishes, all of which were delicious. Much laughter and enjoyment. We would strongly recommend this experience to our friends.

Tita and Nonie came to our accomodation in SAN Feliciano to teach us how to cook Umbrian cuisine and yes we did learn to cook some extremely tasty Umbrian dishes however our afternoon with them meant so much more than that. The ladies were warm, supportive and full of interesting stories and facts about Umbria and Umbrian produce. We learnt new techniques and received many tips to take home with us. They both had a great sense of humour, and great passion and energy. As a result the afternoon was really entertaining. Then to top it all off we were able to enjoy some truly delicious food. I highly recommend this experience.

Our group of four spent a lovely afternoon cooking with Tita and Nonie. They are warm and interesting women who enriched our day and helped fill our bellies. They were very well organized, and dishes came together beautifully. We left with handouts that will enable us to replicate our successes in Tita’s kitchen. We would definitely do this again!

Four friends wanting to learn some Italian cooking. What a great time. Tita and Nonie were so organized and all the dishes we cooked were ones we can easily do back in America. Lots of laughter, good food, good wine.

What a way to get familiar with local cuisine and people.
We are a family of 4 (2 teens) and since we all love to cook (yes, teens included), we looked for an experience in which we could discover new expertise.
Nonie and Tita were more then willing to accommodate our requests, and together we built the menu.
The class itself was actually a workshop, accompanied with lively conversation with Nonie and Tita, which created a very warm and friendly environment.
The class took place in Tita's house, a lovely villa in a peaceful surroundings, that complimented the lovely atmosphere.
We enjoyed every minute and time seems to fly.
Highly recommended.

Tita and Nonie were so much fun to cook with and the food was great. We had a family group of 6 people and they were able to work with different cooking levels at the same time. Above all, the experience was memorable and there was so much food!

Our small group of friends wanted to try a cooking class and learn a little about the Umbria region and foods. But, we wanted something relaxed and not intimidating. We made the perfect choice with Nonie and Tatia.

Our group had varying skill levels and dietary preferences and everyone was happy. The experience was well thought out and structured, but casual and cozy. The recipes for our our meal were simple and elegant...dishes we could make in our home kitchens with easy to find ingredients.

I highly recommend scheduling at the beginning of your stay in the region as Nonie and Tatia answered questions and provided candid and thoughtful advice about other things to do in the region.

We left with full hearts and stomachs...inspired and eager try our new skills back home.
