We had a half day tour with Anne and there is no doubt that we got much more out of the city of Assisi through her knowledge. An American originally but resident of Italy for over forty years, Anne is energetic, organized and very knowledgeable. Also well known in the city of Assisi with lots of good connections (. Eg.... On Wednesday November 9th, 2016, at 10:30 AM, my nephew and I met Anne our enthusiastic, friendly guide. She hopped into our car and off we went along back roads to the Farm of Peppe & Gentile Pastasce. Anne asked 81 year old Peppe to show us around his farm. Indeed he did, fresh picked olive ready for the mill,... More

We had an excellent walking tour of Assisi with Ann. Her passion for the history and culture of the region was readily apparent. She was very friendly and offered numerous recommendations for other things to see, places to eat, etc. Highly recommend!

My wife and I spent four + hours on a very informative tour of the Basilica and a walking tour of the beautiful Assisi with a very knowledgable tour guide Anne Robichaud. She's an American who married a Sicilian and now lives outside of Assisi in Umbria. We had an enjoyable time, saw numerous shops, learned about the various buildings... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our 1/2 day tour of Assisi led by Anne! Though we were the youngest people in our tour group, we found the tour was fun, high-energy, informative, and worthwhile. As our tour was coming to a close, before lunch, Anne took us to some of the shops where she knows the owners, and she had fun announcing... More

I've met a LOT of tour guides over my years of travel and now count Anne at at top of the heap. She's truly knowledgeable but also adds an element of fun and humor to her tours. If I were describing an outfit...Anne would be the "pop of color."

We hired Anne for a half-day tour and introduction to Assisi. What a wonderful experience! She has a deep knowledge of the people, history and customs of Umbria, and was excited to share them with us. Anne apparently knows everyone. Anywhere we went, we were greeted heartily by the citizens of this charming town. We felt we were walking around... More

Anne gave my family a wonderfully entertaining and knowledgeable tour of Perugia. From the history of the beautiful city to a special treat of hand whipped cream! She was a delight and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to tour Perugia or Assisi.

We are currently traveling in Italy with our son, daughter- in -law and our grandchildren ages 10 and 12. I found Anne through a TA forum and immediately contacted her to book a tour. It was a remarkable day. We visited the upper and lower churches in the morning and the Hermitage in the afternoon. We came away with a... More
