I stayed in the monastery from 27 to 29 December 2023 with my wife and two children aged 10 and 7. All perfect. Impeccable cleanliness, room size more than sufficient with a panoramic view of the plain (direction Santa Maria degli Angeli). The structure offers a shared kitchen equipped with crockery where you can prepare lunches and dinners. Breakfast is included in the stay. For those who wish, it is possible to directly access the small church where the Poor Clare sisters recite Lauds / morning mass / vespers open to all (an experience that I recommend). A huge thank you for the peace and serenity given.

Clean and welcoming room. Abundant breakfast and the Clarisse sisters are cheerful and hospitable. I was looking for peace and silence and I was satisfied. The monastery is central, close to all the Franciscan sites.. I will gladly return...

Beautiful place, splendid hospitality, spotlessly clean, new and panoramic rooms. The monastery is in the center of Assisi with parking, superior to the best hotels.

This church consecrated in 1600 and renovated in 1899 faces Via Antonio Cristofani. It sits a little way back from the road. It has a single entry portal with a round window above. On the second story are 9 grated windows. During the evening, you could see the nuns at vespers through the open doors.
