The Enoteca Rivella is hidden away just outside Porta Camolia far from the major tourist attractions of Siena. But if you're looking for great local wines (and some imported ones) at a reasonable price, make a detour and talk to Carlo Bottiglioni, the owner. Carlo knows all about wine and he can tell you which wine to buy for which occasion. We bought wines for a special birthday party and were very really satisfied with the advice Carlo gace us. He also has good prosecco's and some champagne. We bought a double bottle that really made for a great end of the evening! Call in advance if you have any special requests or would like to organize a wine tasting. Highly recommended
