We received our dog bowl after putting in a custom order, in person while we were in Siena, about two- three months later - it was perfectly crafted and looks exactly like our dog! It arrived well-wrapped and perfect. Highly recommend ordering from Antica Siena, and stopping into their shop, should you happen to visit Piazzo del Campo!

What a wonderful store. These hand created ceramics are BEAUTIFUL!! We usually get nervous about shipping back to the US but this store is amazing. You don’t have to ask, they just provide the order number, their contact info and an approx ship date. Our ceramics arrived today in excellent condition. The packing was incredible. US companies could learn something from this store regarding, customer service, shipping, and packing. We will continue to buy from their website and hope to visit again.

Such an incredible experience in this pottery shop. The most beautiful patterns/pieces I’ve ever seen. I picked out a table setting for 6 people and received the items beautifully packaged carefully in bubble wrap with a few wonderful surprises I wasn’t expecting. Thank you to the staff for helping me pick such a wonderful pattern to have made and shipping it so carefully back to me in the states. I will order many more times as they have the best quality/inventory available.

We bought dishes from the fabulous Leonardo Giorgi Feb. 10, 2020. We arrived home a week later, already anxious to see the stunning creations we were expecting. Then, the world changed and Covid-19 took over. We heard several times from Leonardo on the progress of our order. He was always professional and so very nice. His apologies were not necessary, but his manners and politeness was such a welcome change from the usual "Its not our fault" businesses we sometimes deal with. Our 8 plates, 8 bowls, 2 serving platters and a delightful surprise arrived today. The 6 month wait was well worth it and the dishes are gorgeous!

Delivered to Australia within 12 days, packed so well it could have been dropped and the valuable ceramics would not have been damaged. Not cheap but the quality and the service of delivery was faultless. Would happily purchase from here again.

I loved this shop and purchased several pieces on Sept. 4, 2018 in Siena, from Leonardo. I still to this day Oct. 24, 2018 have not received them. I have emailed the store twice through their website and have had no reply. I would love to receive the pieces I purchased from you! I would appreciate hearing from someone.

While visiting Siena in May 2017 I fell in love with some pieces of pottery by martini marisa at antica siena. The staff were very helpful in arranging insurance & packaging to Australia. The pottery was packaged so well that it arrived in perfect condition and actually beat me home. It was a great experience.

Visited this shop last October and had four beautiful items shipped home. I recently ordered a nativity from them for Christmas. I love it! If you’re in Siena this shop is a must!
