We booked them over the interest with no knowledge of the company - it was absolutely the best decision we made while in Italy - we ended up using the service every day we were there. Private tour of Siena, wine tasting lunch, trips to Florence, airport transfers and day trip to Cinque Terre. So reliable, personable and willing to share their knowledge of Italy and its traditions. Sylvia made arrangements for the tour of Siena - which was fantastic and the wine tasting lunch is one of our best memories. Can not thank them enough for making our trip so special!!! Do not hesitate to book with them.

We booked a private transfer from Florence to Chianti and back to Florence with a side stop in San Gimignano. It was very easy to organise our trip with Silvia. The driver came on time and was very professional. Though the driver could not speak English, he tried very hard to communicate with us and give us a bit of a tour while on the road. The car was very comfortable. If I am to return to Tuscany again, I will certainly contact Silvia’s team.

I am a travel agent in California that has been working with Private Tuscany Tours for years. Communication with Silvia Cerone has been easy and swift. From suggesting unique itineraries to offering a variety of venues to logistical challenges to satisfying my own requests, Silvia always comes through. Even more important is the flexibility. Whether it is a change of plans, method of payment or last minute request, I feel very confident that my customers are in good hands with Silvia and the Private Tuscany Tours staff. It would be impossible for me to have the knowledge of this part of the world that Private Tuscany Tours provides.

We did the Chianti Classico winery tour with Gaia and it was an amazing day! She was so knowledgeable about the region and the wines. She also made us feel extremely comfortable. The wineries and our guide was top notch. Highly recommend booking an experience with this company!

We did the Fiat 500 tour and had an incredible time! Our tour guide Gaia was very fun and friendly, and the lunch we had at the end of the tour was one of the highlights of our entire trip. This might be obvious to others, but we booked this tour through a travel guide and didn’t realize that WE would be driving the vintage Fiat, obviously a manual, in very hilly and sometimes congested little Tuscan towns. Neither of us had driven a manual in 15 years or so, so we were not very successful at this haha. Gaia was very understanding and was able to adjust the tour and her support for us based on how we were doing. For others doing this tour who aren’t comfortable driving manual - I would recommend just riding with the tour guide. For those who are just a little rusty, they give you a chance to practice in a parking lot before you go. Would definitely recommend - such a fun and picturesque way to see Tuscany!
