In October 2016, we had a 2 day private tour in the Tuscany region with the best guide that we have found in Italy. Corrado is extremely good at taking the desires of your heart and providing an activity filled day to meet those expectations. From old castles, quaint hilltop medieval villages, vineyards and even hand-crafted artisans, Corrado was able... More

Corrado provided us with a wonderful driving tour of the Chianti Classico region of Tuscany. His English is excellent, making it easy and enjoyable to converse. His driving was excellent as well. We tasted wine, enjoyed a winery tour followed by lunch at a lovely family owned winery, visited a medieval walled city, a couple of Tuscan towns, all the... More

Corrado was fantastic. He showed up on time, was flexible in our schedule and where we wanted to stop, he was friendly and spoke great English. We were so happy with the way our day turned out and I will be referring him to a coworker that is also visiting Siena in October of this year.

Corrado Di Pompeo is the owner of Tourscany. Four of us stayed at a Tuscany b&b and needed a driver to take us sightseeing and wine tasting and then transfer us to Florence. Corrado was great! His English is good but we had fun learning some Italian phrases with him and learning about Italy's culture and history. He took us... More

We hired Corrado to take our family of 7 on a one day excursion from Florence. It was one of our favorite days. We got to chose our own itinerary and Corrado was very flexible. We stopped in Sienna and had an excellent lunch at a trattoria that he recommended (we asked- he in no way "pushed" us there). Our... More

My husband and I had a fabulous day with Corrado as our guide through the Chianti region of Tuscany. We had been traveling around Italy using trains and wanted a different option to get between our B&B in Siena to our hotel in Florence. Fortunately, our B&B in Siena, Aia Mottonata Relais, recommended Corrado to us. We were sooo happy... More

Corrado was our Tuscany tour guide and he was great! He expertly guided us through the area, including arranging tours of wineries, including a fantastic lunch at one. The tour went way beyond our expectations due to his knowledge of the area’s history and the out-of-the-way tourist spots. He even went way beyond the call-of-duty by sending back my sweater... Our day with Corrado was one of our favorite days on our Italian adventure. He communicated well in advance of our tour, picked us up promptly from our hotel in Siena, and showed us a great time in the beautiful countryside. He speaks great English and we learned so much about the region, about Siena and about him. It really... More

We had a wonderful day tour with Corrado in the vineyards of Montalcino. We visited two family owned vineyards and enjoyed lunch at one. He was very well informed. Spoke excellent English and was very accommodating and friendly. We requested a pass by the Sant'Antimo abbey and Corrado was very willing to accommodate us and incorporate this in our day.... More

If you're planning on visiting Siena, we recommend not renting a car, but rather, hiring an experienced driver such as Corrado. My wife and I are no strangers to driving in Europe because we own a holiday home in Ireland. However, when it came to driving in Italy, we drew the line because we wanted to have the opportunity to... More
