We booked with tourshuttle on july 5 coming from steinwerder cruise center to a hotel in hamburg city, the chauffeur was very friendly, ponctuel and informative; he gave us advice on were to go and the places to avoid going to in the city and he explained about the monuments we encountered on the way.

We were lucky to find this service for our Kosovo-Albania transfer, as there seems no company able to do it the time we made our booking. The price was reasonable, the driver was punctual and the ride was also smooth & comfortable.
There was a near misses during our ride. Suddenly the tyres of a lorry in the opposite direction, blew up exactly beside us. Luckily our driver didnt lose control and act calmly after that. And I continue sleeping.
Then, an accident happened to us 10km away from our destination. And that was not due to our driver mistakes. A car behind us tried to overtake but failed. And that driver hit our car to avoid hitting the opposite vehicle. We stopped beside the road and a police came less than 5 min later. We were safe. While still in the mess, the driver stopped a taxi and arrange the transfer for us. And they paid for the taxi ride.
I had quite numbers of experience driving in foreign country. But the Albanian driver, has to be the top 10 worst. And thanks to this service, we made our journey, safely.

We used Tourshuttle from Olbia Airport in Sardinia to our villa and then for our return journey to the airport. All booked and paid for online before we left the UK. Excellent service. Driver was waiting for us at the airport on our arrival. The driver turned up exactly on time for our return journey. Very pleased with this service. Would highly recommend.

My family used Tourshuttle to book a car to and from the Paris airport to our hotel. It was easier and less expensive than dealing with a taxi, language barriers & getting online to book an Uber. We knew someone would be meeting us and ensuring we got back to the airport in time. The cars were meticulous, didn't reek of cigarettes (many cars in Europe smell terrible due to smoking), and the service was on time, professional and roomy.
They took the hassle out of travelling with multiple bags and children.

We booked a round trip transfer with Tourshuttle from the Port of Livorno to Lucca for 4 adults during our recent Mediterranean Cruise. The service provided by our driver (Mr. Magelli) was impeccable!! He was extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable providing plenty of history of the area along with some great local eateries. The minivan was clean and extremely comfortable. He also provided us with maps of Lucca which saved us time and were extremely helpful. We were also pleasantly surprised with cold water bottles which were a nice touch. Furthermore it was so much cheaper than what the cruise line charges.
I must admit that I was a little reluctant to book with Tourshuttle with all the internet scams that are around these days, but was pleasantly surprised. It was convenient and reliable and with the ability to email our driver it was an overall great experience. Furthermore, we had the option of fully paying on-line or paying the day of the pick-up. Again, we could not ask for more. I will definitely be using your services again in the near future and letting all my friends know.
Once again thank you for making this part of the travel stress free.

From Ostia to Fiumicino airport.
The driver arrived on time was smart and polite.
