We booked a wine tour & tasting experience at Cesani winery & it was one of the best times we had during our holiday in Tuscany. My friend & I spent 45 mins walking around with Antonio, who showed us all around the beautiful winery, explained the history, workings of the winery & answered all our questions. We then had a wine tasting which included a platter of delicious local produce. I highly recommend the Cesani winery tour & tasting experience.

My husband and I booked a one hour tasting here, and were very happy with both the tasting itself and the information we were given about the wines and vineyard. Highly recommend this for a short activity!

A small winery from a family run property. A very pleasant tasting room close (2-3 miles) to San Gimignano. Very pleasant wines, reds, whites and rose and a wonderful grappa. English speaking tasting guide with a great deal of insight into the wines, region and process. Not to miss if you got to the region.

My family and I had our very first wine tasting experience here at Agrituismo Cesani. Elena who gave us the wine course not only is an experienced Sommelier but fluent in English. She described to us the characteristics of every wine, which were 7 different types, from Red Wines (Sangiovese) to Vernaccia. The four tasting stages , appearance, in the glass, the aroma of the wine, in the mouth and the sensations and the finish, after taste! All served with bruschetta , olive oil ( which is their own production) and pecorino cheese. It was a wonderful experience and set in one of the most beautiful areas of San Gimignano. I would certainly recommend a Wine tasting course with Cesani if your visiting the region!

We spent a few wonderful hours here as part of wine tasting tour. We had a tour of the production and ageing facilities for the winery, were given the history of the family and the vineyard from our wonderful host, Marialuisa who is one of the winemakers (and family members). We were also treated to a selection of beautiful homemade salamis and proscuitto with our wine tasting. Highly recommend a visit here.

A group of six stayed at Agritorismo Cesani for 3 nights and we didn't want to leave! The accommodations are very nice, clean and comfortable. The views were breathtaking and all of the staff were excellent - they couldn't do enough for us. It was a remarkable stay and we all want to return. We took a wine tour to Montalcino with My Tuscany Wine and Tours (reviewed separately) that was great. The wine is wonderful and reasonably priced. We would highly recommend staying there if you are in the San Gimignano area.

This was our favorite wine tasting in the area. The wine was great and the friendly service really topped it off! We tasted seven different wines overlooking the Tuscan countryside. For a very reasonable price!

We spent a lovely time tasting the Cesani wines and olive oil. We found Elena to be helpful, informative and charming. The Cesani wines were some of our favorites from our Tuscany Wine Adventure.

Great wine tasting experience in a lovely Family winery. The hosting was lovely and the explanations about the wines were fascinated. We tested 7 wines and most of them were fantastic. We also had some tasty pecorino cheese with it. Really recommended!

We went as a group for a wine tasting session at Cesani in late June 2015. Our hostess Eleni was very passionate about the Cesani wines, and the wine producing region of San Gimignano itself, and I found the experience very interesting indeed. The view from the terrace was lovely also, with billowing drapes for shade from the hot sun. Not forget the wines, of course, which were delicious (I ordered a case of the Serise to be sent back to London - currently eagerly awaiting its arrival!). Eleni also laid out some lovely cheese and olives of the region for us, to accompany the wines. Altogether a wonderful experience, thoroughly recommended.
