My wife and I had a wonderful class this past summer with Katia. We made several kinds of pasta, including ways to make different shapes by hand or knife rather than with a machine, which we hadn't seen before. We also got to make bruschetta,...More

Interesting, informative, and fun class! This was a hands-on participatory event, with just the right amount of direction and assistance provided to enhance the overall experience. Not sure if anyone has any recommendations for places that wouldn't mind a toddler playing nearby or occasionally joining in on the cooking. We are anticipating that traveling with a toddler will most likely be different than trips we've taken previously as a couple, but this is one experience that we'd...More

Villa Poggiano right outside Montepulciano offers cooking classes. I am not sure whether one can partake in a cooking class without also staying at the Villa, but it is certainly worth inquiring. Stefania converses perfectly in English - shoot her an e-mail.
