Awesome paintings and pieces of art between the 19th and the 21th century! I was very impressed and touched by the way in which the illustrations of this period of time skilfully combined art, fashion, tourism and sport!
To be visited and experienced first-hand! :)
P.S. I was lucky enough to visit the museum during the exhibition of Sergei Tchoban and his excellent tower-themed paintings! These works are fascinating, too!

on one of our walks around Pisa we stumbled upon this museum and were fascinated enough to wander in.
A few euros gave us entrance to a marvellous exhibition of off the wall art featuring Pinocchio and drawings of animals in strange surroundings, we were entranced.
The museum has a series of exhibitions planned so there may be something of interest to you.

Now the exhibition of anatomy that was on may not be everyone's cup of tea but the building, staff, shop are all wonderful. There was also another exhibition running too. Views of Arno from windows lovely. A little gem.

Wandered past and thought the medical exhibition looked interesting. The guy in reception gave us a strange look but for €6 was worth a try. Fascinating display of old medical records, pictures and drawings with some real bodies and a mummy. Very interesting but some may find a little gory. Didn't appear to have any refreshments or other facilities but there seemed to be some kind of creche going on in the garden,

We came across this while walking to the Gardens, had an art display some of which looked as if a kid could do better and some of which looked as if the artist was obsessed by naked women! Top floor had a historical sports theme and was well worth the 6 euros for us both.
