The Tower of Pisa (180 feet in height) was begun in 1173 and, due to its faulty foundation on unstable soil, leans precariously more than 14 feet out of line, preventing visitors from climbing its 300-plus steps to the top.

Obviously for anybody, it is a must see in Pisa. Buy the ice cream before getting there to have the recipient for "scenario" pictures with you eating the Tour 🍦🙂

The tower was beautiful and well maintained. There is a good view of Pisa from the top of the tower. It's also very funny watching people take pictures "holding the tower up."

Hi - We didn't go up the tower so unfortunately I can't answer your question but it certainly doesn't look ideal for wheelchairs.
