As previous reviewers said this is obviously not working for now. We where luckily never charged, but got the “tickets” anyway, we never where picked up nor did the number worked as given for the host Lars. You should cancel this from Trip Advisor please. As we would have wanted to have the opportunity to book another activity instead of waiting for this that where never going to happen.…

I was so looking forward to this wine tour. However, the tour operator, Lars Stark, never showed up at the Duomo of San Martino. We waited for 45 minutes. I sent a message though TripAdvisor. I texted him and called several times. No response at all. What poor professional behavior and left us without a chance to enjoy Lucca's wine country as we were leaving the next day. Such a huge disappointment. Fortunately, we were refunded the full amount, but we would have rather gone wine tasting.…
