In the battle of the red and white 'shacks' of Ardenza the latter wins hands down. A modern building with seating inside (where there is a nice old bar) and out, which looks out over the sea as well as to some pretty buildings to one side of the Accademia Navale. Service was fine if not exceptional and our post lunch coffee excellent. The red queen triumphs.

I do not recommend this place. The waiter was disrespectful, he literally smashed the forks and knives on our table and expected us to clean it ourselves before he actually covered it. The food was ok, but "octopus with potatoes" turned out to be an octopus with potatoes and nothing else, no additional sauce in the dish, just water and dill, not really tasty comparing to what we have been served in other restaurants. Location is great, but that is all the place has to offer.

Stoped here for lunch and had a nice tuna salad and seafood pasta the food was good and inexpensive. The staff were friendly as well and the view stunning.

Sometimes very full. Coffee, cocktails, snacks. I like more Baracchina Rossa more in the south which is also sometime very full.

Just in front of the Hotel Navy, Baracchina Bianca is the perfect place for a coffe close to the sea and the free wifi is exactly what you need to chat with friends and family

Excellent snacks, coffee and drinks. Friendly staff. Limited cosy seating inside but many more tables outside for when the sun shines. Nice location on seafront close to the Naval Acadamy.
