We (an international group of friends) had a great tour seeing the most important monuments and palaces in Florence with our fantastic guide Aniko Szabo!
Her knowledge of Florence and its history together with her enthusiasm really makes the difference!
Besides giving us detailed information about the story of this beautiful town she also knows a lot about all various traditions which was a pleasure for us to hear.
Thanks again Aniko for this interesting, wonderful and funny afternoon! Hope to see you soon!

GetYourGuide.com saved us from our unplanned Florence Trip! This was only our second tour with a big group (over 60 people) on a bus (a double decker bus!) this vacation. The good news is that though it was an English speaking trip, only 10 were Americans (including us🥴) Everyone else we met were from all over the globe and the main thing we had in common? We like wine 🍷! Alberto kept us in check with wine info and regional stories. After check in, we took a tram outside Florence because the tour buses had no where to park near the meeting spot on the street. The air conditioned bus met us at the last tram stop and we were off to Poggio al Laghi (those in the know had grabbed waters and sandwiches!) The host at Poggibonsi al Laghi was personable and they set us up in a large dining hall-like room preset with plates of salami, cheese and rustic bread. We tried 3 wines with instruction on what to look for interspersed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar tastings. Note: it was all a sales pitch, but as we knew what we were in for, it was fine. They have wines/olive oil etc set for take away or to be shipped home to the USA 🇺🇸 for very good prices. Next was a 35minute stop in the old walled city outside of Siena called Montereggioni. At sunset, it was a perfect stop for an espresso, gelato and for some- more wine! Then we were off to Lornano for a visit to one of the oldest wine cellars in the region. Our hostess was bright and full of info- we had 2 wine tastings with bread and olive oil. It was more rushed and we all left saying we were glad we had dinner plans! All in all- it was worth it for us and we met some great people- there was even singing on the way back to Florence!

I am sorry to say you left your review for the wrong agency here.
We are not get your guide and do not do commercial large group tours. We pride ourself on small intimate private and group tours that focus on quality instead of quantity. I am glad to hear you had a good time, however had you come with us you definitely would not have left hungry 😉🥂🍷

We have used Aniko every time we visit Florence. Her knowledge of the city, the history and the culture is unparalleled. She makes it a truly vicarious experience. A city is just buildings and statues without her. She brings the life of the city and the individuals and families who have made it’s history alive over the centuries. Aniko is the perfect addition to bring lasting value to the visit.

Laura acted as our guide for a wine tasting event at the Castello di Verrazzano in Chianti and a wine tasting tour and pizza making event at a Tuscan villa. We had twenty-five people in our party ranging in age from 12 - 83, and somehow Laura was able to patiently connect with us all. She fit into our family seamlessly, and was a fountain of historical information and wine tasting guidance. Her presentations were thorough and delivered with great humor and enthusiasm. She also gave great advice on wine buying opportunities in the region. She impressed every member of our family with her great knowledge of Italian history and the production and enjoyment of wine. The Verranzzano castle was spectacular with lots of history and beautiful views of the countryside. Pizza making at the Tuscan villa was great fun where each person makes their own pie under the instruction of an Italian chef and they are cooked in the villa's century-old wood fired oven. These were both really fun events, perfectly orchestrated and narrated by Laura. She was the best guide that we have ever worked with. Highly recommended!

Laura was wonderful! From the start she was very responsive and accessible while planning, she went as far as arranging a car seat for our little one. When it came time to visit the vineyards she was very knowledgeable about the different wines and history of Tuscany. We went to two different vineyards and tasted over 10 wines followed by a delicious 5 course meal. I would recommend this tour to anyone looking for a great day in the country side!

Our tour with Aniko of the Uffizi was the highlight of our 10 day trip throughout northern Italy. She was knowledgeable, personable and made the experience interesting for our 3 daughters. I would not visit Florence without her.

We booked a private 2.5 hour tour of Pitti Palace with Aniko. She helped us to appreciate the history and the art. Aniko then took us to an artisan workshop for a fascinating look at mosaico fiorentino.

We had never visited Florence before but Aniko and Lara definitively gave me a reason to come back again!!! NOT only it was a deeply illustrated seightseeing tour of the city but most important, they made us feeling like we were locals, just strolling in the inner neighborhoods of the city. Within the many different tours they offer, we chose "OLTRARNO ARTISAN TOUR", "DANTE'S INFERNO" AND "TASTY DELIGHTS FOODIE TOUR" but there were so many other interesting others we will try next time!! Tours are very entertaining in a way it's very easy to keep up with all the new info about this millenary and magical city

My boyfriend and I were in Florence for only one day and wanted to soak up as much of this glorious city as possible. We booked Aniko Szabo and were so impressed that we have recommended her to all our friends and family back home! Aniko was lively, accommodating, fun, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what would make our day tour one that we would never forget.
It was absolutely unforgettable and we can't wait to go back to Italy and book her again for a different city!

Laura's tour was incredible. With a large group in tow, she made sure each and everyone of us were tended to and helped us with any of our odd requests (gnocchi included). Her knowledge and experience guided us through a wonderful tour of hidden Italian treasures and delicious wines that we will not forget! Highly recommend Laura for any Tuscan trips you may plan.
