I was so excited to go there to shop after reading the reviews, but it was awful. The clothing was all one of each garment, the prices were ridiculous. I found the best place to show was the Oltrano area. It is just over the Ponte Vecchio and it is where the Italians shop. Also, don't miss Coin. It is a great little department store with outstanding staff.

The owner of the shop is crazy! She started yelling at us for not doing HER work, which is putting the clothes we tried on back to its place because we left them in the fitting room. We apologized at first but she kept on screaming and cussing us out on italian for about 20min. When we wanted to buy two shirts (250€) she grabbed them out of our hands and refused to sell them while keeping on screaming. Wouldn’t recommend the outlet.

Disappointing. Small range, wasn’t worth the walk for me, but others might be luckier. Staff pretty much ignored me, but that wasn’t necessarily a bad thing.
