There are different names but I think this is the right place for (New) Tuscany Scooter Rental. Anyway, It was a dream of mine to ride a scooter out into wine-country and they helped make it happen! I had a few hiccups which were a given since these Florentine streets are nothing like NYC's grid system but once you're out... More

Our hotel called Tuscany Motorcycle Rental for us first thing in the morning. On arriving at their base we decided that we wanted to rent a different motorcycle, this was facilitated smoothly and without any fuss. 10 minutes later with paperwork completed we were on our way up into the hills of Tuscany for lunch. Very friendly, professional and flexible.... More

With the exception of the reserved motorcycle not being available the whole rental experience was exceptional. We rented two BMWs for a few days. The pick up and drop off was very easy. Traveling in the Tuscany area on motorcycles was one of the best experiences I've ever been a part of. It's a great way to really experience Italy.... More

Me and my boyfriend rented a Vespa for 4 hours. We bougth a tour map (8€) that the staff recommented for us and the trip was perfect! The Vespa was so smooth to drive and in perfect condition. The location was just in the centrum near our hotel and the renting was pleasant and easy with the great staff. The... More

This was by far the best thing me and my girlfriend did in Florence. The Vespa is easy to drive. They gave us a map (for €8) with a circular route through the Chianti region (they call it the Chianti Route). It took us close to 8 hours to do it (we stopped a lot and took our time). We... More

My wife and I rented a bike from this shop, and used it explore Tuscany for a couple of days. It was an absolutely brilliant way to experience the countryside. We stumbled upon a great out-of-the-way olive oil vendor, manned solely by an ancient, tiny little Italian woman who spoke no English and spoke very little Italian, but we had... More

Dear I'm really happy for your special Holiday but we now don't rent any Honda motorcycle or scooter, we rent only original italian vespa as scooter and MotoGuzzi, Ducati, BMW and KTM motorcycles. Probably you confuse Italy Motorcycle Rental with my collegue Tuscany Scooter Rental in Gaiole in Chianti. Thank you Best Regards More

If you're looking to rent a motorcycle or Vespa in Florence, this place is great. The team is easy to work with, knows what they're doing, and their bikes seemed in better shape than other rental spots I passed. Customer service was first rate. They really cared about the condition of the bike they rented me and it worked flawlessly.... More

Staying in Santa Maria Novella

Neighborhood Profile
Santa Maria Novella
Santa Maria Novella train station welcomes the majority of the people arriving in Florence, which might explain the hectic pace. Commuters and tourists come across the constant hustle and bustle of the station before exiting, taking a few steps and stopping amazed in Piazza di Santa Maria Novella. It is impossible not to admire the the square, housing one of the most charming basilicas in Florence. The area has plenty of local spots to taste Tuscan specialties, but don’t stop in the main streets alone; the narrower side streets always ensure satisfaction. The huge Parco Delle Cascine provides a solution to the need for a green area as well as a historic welcome in the form of a bronze statue of King Vittorio Emanuele II riding a horse.
