Both my husband and son had hoped to find some nice Italian leather belts while we vacationed in Italy this month. We were directed to Infinity Firenze by another store owner, and he did not mislead us! There we met Jane who showed us tons of options for beautiful custom leather belts. Select the color, width, buckle, even the exact... More

We were referred to Infinity Leather for handbags - this was an excellent referral ! The shop is beautifully designed as you would expect from any high end bag retailer and Aaron was very helpful whilst perusing the bags. Infinity was founded 40yrs ago by Aaron's parents - the leather products are all manufactured on site which is very rare... More

Just a very short walk from the Ponte Vecchio you will find a leather shop worthy of Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. The owner Erin treated us like royalty, staying open late to help us with our purchase, and then even providing us a tour after closing hours. Whether you are looking for a belt, wallet, or bag, this is a... More

My girlfriend and I wanted to buy good quality belts in Florence and not from the Leather Market. This store was suggested to us by another very fine and well known shop over the Ponte Vecchio. Not only was Erin, the son of the owners such a delightful young man, he was knowledgeable and spent a good amount of time... More

On my Italian wish list was a genuine leather purse that wouldn't break the bank. Pricing didn't appear to be an issue from the hundreds of "factory" stores and street hawkers but somehow it didn't feel real...until I happened upon Infinity Firenze - tucked on a small quaint street/alley near the Ponte Vecchio area. I was warmly welcomed by Jane... More

My mother and I stopped in this shop while in Florence; it was among several highly rated leather stores we visited, and just happened to be next door to our hotel! There were some really lovely pieces in this store, and I particularly fell in love with a small black handbag. My mom likewise was coveting a wallet. However, I'd... More

Bought beautiful purses for my friends and I. Also a cute felt. These pieces are hand made on the premise. Mother and son are very sweet. No pressure sales.

My wife was looking for a fine leather handbag and she was referred to Infinity. Their selection is vast and my wife was able to find a bag she absolutely loved. Enio was very helpful and knowledgeable. I also purchase a leather belt and buckle. Enio sized the belt to fit me and we returned to the shop in about... More

My daughter fell in love with this place while doing a study abroad session in Florence. One of the owners is a US expat who came to Italy, fell in love and never left. It appears she (and her husband and family) also fell in love with fine leather goods, because the work they do is splendid and unique. During... More

Having searched high and low for a high quality wallet last year, Infinity Firenze was a brilliant find. Excellent quality products made by passionate artisans. Prices are extremely reasonable for the quality produced. Came back this year for a quick browse and was warmly welcomed, ended up purchasing a fantastic passport wallet, which I'm sure will serve me well on... More

Staying in Uffizi

Neighborhood Profile
Uffizi
Every visitor coming to Florence for the first time will immediately identify with Uffizi. As in past times, passing through Via dei Calzaiuoli, you can reach the city center, the Florence that everybody dreams of. In just a few steps, visitors can experience the rare beauty of the capital of the Renaissance. walking delighted across Palazzo Vecchio and overlooking Piazza della Signoria, up to the Loggia of the Uffizi where it is possible to fully taste the talent of the best artists who animated Florence over the centuries. When the sun goes down, there’s nothing better than a walk along the river Arno up to the ancient bridge, Ponte Vecchio. It is full of jewels and decorated by the colors captured in postcards.
