Before renovations, this was a mighty feature of Piazza della Signoria, and given the Loggia dei Lanzi is so nearby overshadowing everything else, it's testament to see how magnificent this water feature is on a Piazza of such much other beauty.

Have seen before and is impressive but under restoration so prepare to be disappointed. Although you can see Neptune between the scaffolding.

I have been here before last year and it is a lovely place to visit easy to find however at the time of our visit it has been covered over and closed off from the public for restoration work to be carried out

As of April 2017 this fountain is undergoing renovations. Unsure of when it will open back up to the public.

you cant see much as he is surrounded by scaffolding and other construction stuff! the square is busy with tourists waiting to go into Ufizzi Gallery

I really enjoy the history of this fountain and walking in this area at night is so romantic. During the day full of tourists.

You cannot see the fountain as it is closed for repairs and surrounded by scaffolding. I am not sure why people are commenting that they are seeing this. Its's not available for viewing and does not look as if it will be anytime soon.
