Beautiful fountain with a lot of history. Renovation works will make this monument in top shape with state of the art technology. Looking forward to see it completed!

Like so much of Florence, the fountain is in a state of renovation. A disappointment, but I do appreciate the work that Florence commune does to maintain these historic treasures.

I was very excited to see this landmark but very disappointed to learn it was recently vandalized and under restoration construction until December 2018. I will be looking forward to its unveiling!
