I was looking for something different that would last. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, but as soon as I saw this great duffle, I knew that was the one. I left knowing that I got a great bag at a fair price.

My wife and I visited NOI on our honeymoon in 2009 looking to buy leather jackets. We were immediately greeted by Nino who could not have been better or more helpful in finding us the perfect jackets. He was honest about what looked nice and what did not and never pressured us. We ended up buying two beautiful, unique leather... More

I went around to a number of places looking for a leather duffle bag and decided to buy one at Noi. Most street vendors and tiny shops have cheap, Chinese-made garbage paraded as Italian leather. Go to enough places and you'll get a sense for what that looks and feels like. A a smaller number of shops have high quality... More

I bought 4 leather jackets from NOI during visits in 2012, 2013, and 2015. Each jacket was made of the highest quality leather and each was elegantly designed. The staff treated me exceptionally well and gave me good prices. I am extremely happy with my purchases. Anthony D'Aristotile

I had it mind to visit the shop when in Florence after reading reviews on TA. To my great delight it was right next to the hotel we stayed in on Via Porta Rossa. We were welcomed in the shop by Nino the owner who was very helpful explaining the different qualities for the bags we looked it. Ended up... More

Walked out of our hotel and into this great find. Great selections of bags and prices that are 30% less than NYC. In addition, jackets for men and women were lovely, added feature expedite alterations.

I visited Noi this afternoon. I bought a beautiful suede Gucci-type handbag and my husband bought a thigh-length leather jacket. The owner gave my husband free alterations and will deliver the jacket to our hotel at noon tomorrow. On top of that, he gave me a free leather coin purse and gave us a nice discount from the ticket price... More

I ran into Nino at a local restaurant for lunch. He chatted it up with our table and was super helpful with things to do around Florence. He mentioned his shop at the end of the conversation and said we should stop by. We ended up going into the store later that day. The leather products are high end and... More

Of course, my first visit to Italy, and I wanted to leave with some kind of a treasure...like a beautiful leather jacket. With all of the vendors in Florence, it's a bit overwhelming. I found this place through a recommendation at a shoe store down the street. Nino met me at the shoe store and walked me down to Noi.... More

Staying in Duomo

Neighborhood Profile
Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city. The historic center is characterized by the immensity of the Duomo, able to transport tourists into the brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is enclosed here and it would be easy to imagine the city as it was in ancient times, with maids walking in the main square and horses carrying coaches. Nowadays, roads are busy with street artists. Rustic Tuscan bakeries give way to fashion shops; just stop for a few minutes in the middle of Piazza della Repubblica to enjoy the colors and sweet melody of the carousel that will bring back great memories from anyone’s childhood.
