Great, tiny spot for lunch

Tiny, about 8 chairs total, but absolutely fun and good. The man knows his wines, and he and his assistant make great panini and salads. Recommended for lunch, if you can get in.

Wonderful traditional old place near San Lorenzo Market in Florence... Supposedly the oldest bar in the city... Great stop for a glass of wine, very good selection... Limited amount of food items...

Near the main market, I had read about it in a guide book, as one of Florences oldest bars, but wasn't looking for it, just saw a crowd of locals and went in. Friendly enough service we were recommended some lovely inexpensive wines. Just a few seats and some nice little bits to eat. Some very interesting wines available to... More

Great place to come and try some wine. You must try the ham. An important point is that it closes at 7:30pm. Must be done for a tradional tuscany feel!
