Do not buy! It's a scam, and you can't get a refund. First, it's not online at all. If you buy the card online, you still need to go to their office to pick it up (they don't even have their offices working). After you arrive at Central Station to pick up the ticket, you will find the offices closed and you don't have any contact to call for help, when you ask for a refund using email, facebook, phone... they don't respond and you can't get your money back, we bought 3× 2 day milano city pass cards with 48 hours hop-on hop-off tour. Big disappointment from this service on our trip to Milano. (Your better bet is to search for other service on internet or just buy 3day 3zone metro card and use public transportation which is 12€ per card)

Wish we had read the reviews before booking. Palermo is quite small and most the main sights are very central, so you don’t really need a bus tour. However, even if you are not keen on walking, the bus tour will be of little use, as the advertised ‘hop on, hop off, every 20 minutes’ is simply untrue. The bus only arrives every 90 minutes (we lunched in a restaurant next to the stop we alighted from and that was the time gap). In addition, there is no access to a live map for bus arrivals, so you have no idea when the next bus will arrive. In a nutshell, it’s a rip off.

Impossible to do a tour around the city with this bus. Bus only stops every 45min at stops, in reality even longer. App also doesn't work. Indicative waiting times fluctuate to 90min... It is faster to walk from one attraction to the other.

Hop on hop off is not possible if the buses only comes every hour or more. Buses were old and dirty as well so all in all I would say avoid. There were 6 of us so it cost 120 euros to go one stop.

I thought this excursion was great. Very useful to see many different parts of Milan and decide which parts you want to visit while on holiday. Great value for money Would recommend this to others for sure.
