About
I have a real passion for quality food and I love to share it with new people. Cooking and eating together is such a good experience that I don't want to keep it just for me! I am enthusiastic about genuine Italian cuisine since childhood and I look forward to meet new "lovers" every day!

The experience was just incredible. Luca offer you the opportunity to explore the preparation of best typical food, from the choice of the ingredients at the market to the preparation and, of course, degustation. I learnt how to make an astonishing Bolognese Ragù, fresh pasta, ravioli, gnocchi, tiramisù... and much more. You can ask Luca a lot of precious advices about high quality food and drink products. For me was an unforgettable experience in Florence. Many thanks for having offered me the opportunity to really feel part of the local culture for one day. I will try your recipes at home!

This experience was AMAZING! Luca was awesome at teaching and very enthusiastic. It truly felt authentic from beginning to end. The class was one of our favorite things we did while in Florence. We felt welcome in his home and enjoyed meeting his family, sharing lunch with his wife and sweet baby. And the food was incredible! We can’t wait to try our recipes at home. Will be a must do when we return to Florence.

We had a fabulous and intimate experience with Luca learning how to make delicious Ravioli, spaghetti and tiramisu! We happen to be in Florence for a wedding and our dinner with Luca was even better than the fantastic meal served at the wedding! Highly recommend a cooking class with Luca if you’re in the area.

We had a really lovely evening cooking with Luca!! Luca brought us into his home to prepare a full menu, which we decided together in advance. He is a very kind and patient teacher and showed us how to make some classic Italian dishes, starting with fresh pasta - linguine, ravioli with spinach and ricotta, gnocchi, and tortelli with a potato stuffing. We then made pesto, ragu, butter and sage sauce, and a truffle dish. For our aperitivo, we made fresh coccoli, prepared with stracchino and proscuitto crudo. And we topped all this by making tiramisu for dessert. We finished the evening by sitting down together to eat everything we had prepared. It was a really fun experience and I would highly recommend it. We learned a lot from the class, and Luca sent us home with the recipes! Many thanks for a great evening!!

Two weeks in Italy (Rome, Florence, and Venice) and this was my favorite experience. Chef Luca made it fun, but it's also a hands-on experience. We really learned how to cook pasta - IN HIS KITCHEN. We had snacks, drank some great wine (before, during, and after the class) and sat down at his dinner table with his family to enjoy what we created. There are so many great things to see and do - especially in Florence, but I'm telling you DO THIS - you will not be disappointed.

This cooking class experience was everything my husband and I had hoped for…. and then some!
Lucca was incredibly gracious upon meeting us at the door and had an appetizer and wine already made for everyone while we all introduced ourselves and got to know the other members of the cooking experience. Lucca is a very patient chef and took great care to make sure everyone was on the same page and felt confident to make great food. Thee group is never larger than 6 so it is intimate and no one is left out. He was particularly deft in keeping everything neat and tidy while we worked. When we sat down to eat dinner, it was around his family’s dinner table. His sweet wife and adorable baby joined us for dinner which made it perfectly homey and we all felt like part of their family. When the evening was finished we had all enjoyed ourselves so much and vowed to send pictures and FaceTime with each other when we returned to our homes to make pasta in the style of Tuscany and Lucca.

What a wonderful cooking experience! My wife is the cook in our house but I really enjoyed taking part in this and look forward to making these dishes at home with friends. Luca was an awesome host and made the experience so fun and easy. After cooking we all enjoyed the dinner, wine, and dessert with Luca and his family. The whole group of guests were all great and we ended up going out for cocktails after. This cooking class was the best part of our stay in Florence. Highly recommended whether you are experienced or a novice in the kitchen like me!

An amazing day spent with Luca in his kitchen. Such a fun learning experience. Would definitely do this again when we come back and encourage all to visit Luca’s kitchen. You will not be disappointed! Lunch was divine ! And to be paired with such warm, welcoming and friendly company only made this all the more enjoyable. Thank you Luca!!

Our Cooking Lab experience with Luca was amazing!! It was everything I was hoping for- an intimate lesson in an authentic/ family setting and amazing food! Luca invited us into his home, shared his experience and resources generously! We prepared a meal together that was better than our 5 star restaurant experience the night before! We sat down to enjoy that meal together with his family and shared lots of laughs! I’ve already recommended him to my sister who’s coming soon! He made us feel like family and passed those recipes on to us after the class!
