Terrible service.
Impossible to repair a chain coming from them…. They don't make it anymore!
No offer in return.
Cleaning the sleeping ladybug… impossible so you have to pay 50% of the price to get the new one.
And the height of it…. I had a bracelet reassembled for my husband on a new cord, I had paid for everything and they made him pay again.
Find another store!

I am coveting a few rings there, and at some point in my life.....I'm going to have one!
She has an incredible aesthetic and her store is just beautiful, if you are looking for an engagement ring or just want to greet yourself in a fairly major way, this is where you should go!

The first time I'd seen Pomellato was several years ago at a specialty jeweler in York, UK. I was struck by the Luna style ring and so is the rest of the world apparently. They sell out quickly and the color I wanted was available.
I decided to familiarize myself with all their line by visiting their store when I finally had a chance. The sales woman was very gracious and I was impressed with all I saw.
There is so much jewelry offered in Florence that it pays to take your time if you can and mull over what you really want. Pomellato is an excellent start and measuring stick.

Terrible customer service!!! To flee!! My rings are poorly sealed, the small diamonds on my nudo fall off (twice in 1 year), and Pomellato customer service says it's not a defect in their jewelry, and makes me pay for the repair each time!! ! Choose another more serious jeweler
