We booked and payed 100 Euros via PayPal. The day before our tour we got a reminder with instructions. We were in the meeting point 10 mins before (as advised) but nobody showed up. Called to both phones in the email but nobody picked up. Send emails and messages in instagram. Nobody showed up. We need to figure out how to get our money back (is not about the amount but the stealing) cause the time is irreplaceable. This was highly recommended by a friend but certainly maybe things have changed with this business For sure I will actively let everyone in my circle (we live in Germany) Know about this bad experience. There are plenty of companies around Florence. Very disappointed.

I cannot say enough great things about this wine tour. Filippo, our driver and guide, was an absolute delight. He really engaged us during our tour with all of his useful knowledge of the region, wines, and history. We stopped at three very different unique wineries, which were all wonderful in their own aspect. The first winery was rich in history, where the wonderful owner took us on a tour of the grounds and gave us her family history that goes back many centuries. Their wines were fantastic. We had a wonderful authentic home prepared lunch at the second winery with more excellent wines. The third winery was also very warm and welcoming with more good wines. The views on this trip and at the wineries were absolutely breathtaking. Thank you again - this was a perfect ending to our twentieth wedding anniversary vacation!

This group tour was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it! Now every time I’m at a restaurant, I’m smelling the wine corks when we order a bottle :) Our tour guide was the best!

We visited the wineries on 10th January 2020 and had a really great experience...especially at the first one - it was originally the home of Machiavelli! The Chianti wine region is fascinating. We learned so much about Tuscan wines and the different types of grapes and the blends etc. Also learning about the olives and the production of olive oil. Our tour guide Claudia was just lovely.....full of interesting information...very much in tune with the group and even though we did not know one another at the end of the first winery visit we had jelled as a group. We have already ordered another case of Chianti!
