Vary’s cooking class is pure gluten free heaven!! A must do for foodies! It is the perfect activity to do with your partner, but must be so fun with friends as well! Vary and het husband were so nice, she thought us so much about authentic gluten free italian cooking. Truly a must do if you are in Florence. It was definitely my highlight while on my trip through Tuscany and exceeded all my expectations. The cooking class is such a fun and relaxing experience and afterwards you get to enjoy the delicious food you made in a nice and private setting, accompanied with great wines. I recommend this to everybody!!

We enjoyed our pasta cooking class. Chef Vary was very friendly and patient with us. We took the “intensive” course and made two dishes. She walked us through everything. In the end the food looked good the kitchen smelled terrific. Our meals were delicious!

My wife, in Santa Barbara, and daughter, in London, really enjoyed their live virtual pasts class with Chef Vary. They were able to chose what they wanted to prepare and Chef Vary provided a list of needed ingredients and accessories. The very effective audio/visual set up in her kitchen made interaction easy, effective and natural. Chef Vary made this a personal and fun experience with clear instructions and her dynamic, friendly personality. Wonderful and fun experience.

Chef Vary was very easy to understand. She adapted her instruction to meet us at our level of cooking, showing us with knife skills, optional equipment, and variations of the recipes we could try on our own. She gave great feedback throughout the session. Food was good and it was a lot of fun. I would definately do it again.

We signed up for a cooking class with Chef Vary in honor of my mother's birthday. We were blown away by how special and personal the class was, Chef Vary has an impressive virtual set up with several screens and cameras so she can easily track what we were doing, give tips and adjustments, while share several angles of her cooking. She was a patient and exuberant teacher and took our family through two homemade pastas and two sauces. We had a great time and would recommend this class to anyone who wants to be transported to Florence for the afternoon. We look forward to scheduling another class in the future.
