Francesca Ciappi led us on a 2 hour tour of the Uffizi and we had a wonderful time. She was very knowledgeable and she brought a sense of humor to the tour. The museum was quite busy but Francesca navigated the crowds with practiced ease and consistently gave our group good vantage points from which to check out the artwork.
Our group reservation allowed us to gain entry after a 10-15 minute wait in the security line. the line for the general public looked to be MUCH longer. Once we were inside, our tour focused mainly on the outstanding paintings, not the many sculptures. She explained so much Florentine history and art history in those 2 hours but she presented the information in a fun and 'digestible' way. If you visit Florence I would highly recommend Francesca, Italy Pass Tours, and the Uffizi!

We managed to book a last minute slot for a guided tour to see Michaelangelos David at the Accademia Gallery. The tour exceeded our expectations, our guide Manuela Corsi was an expert in the art history of Michaelangelo’s works. She spoke with such passion and detail that we were keen Michaelangelo fans by the end of the tour!
We would highly recommend Italy Pass Tours for a guided tour.

We climbed the duomo in Florence with Irina. She was great. A little bit funny, a little bit serious and a lot knowledgeable. My husband is often my tour guide as loves history, but even he admitted she knew a number of interesting facts he didn’t.

I bought a Firenze pass.

Do not get it.

I spent 55 euros and it included a 3 day Giotto pass (valued at 20 euros) which was advertised to cover the Giotto Bell's Tower + Duomo + Baptistery. It did not cover the Dome tour and only covered Giotto Bell's Tower on day one of the pass. I followed the instructions in the e-mail to only generate the pass on the day I wanted to see Giotto Bell's Tower and the ticket it generated was dated two days before. As a result I had to purchase another ticket to see Giotto Bell's Tower.

To date the website have not refunded me for the Giotto pass ticket or apologised for their error.

In addition the website did not advertise before buying that for the five day pass one needs to see the Uffizi Gallery first.

Do not go with Italypasstours !
Trough GOCITY agent, we were booked by Italypasstours to a visit to Vatican Museum and to Colosseum.
The entrance ticket we got to the Vatican (no change no refund possible), allowed an entrance at 16.30. The latest entrance is 17.....At 16.30, you have no time to really visit but for Italypasstour the fee is much lower (not for you !!).
For the Colosseum, the time was wrong (the Italypasstpur voucher asked us to be there at 12.15 but the entrance tickets delivered by them in front of the Coliseum only allowed entrance at 13.00).
When I complained, they just answered it was not important.
Their voucher does not recall either that you absolutely need an Identity card to get in (at least, for French people, and I strictly don't understand why..). I had one, but not my wife. So we could not get in.
Ittalypasstour answered that it is said on their website (true when reading it very carefully, under a headline saying "what it includes" ; very logical !! but not on their voucher !).
For them, it is certainly more fun not to recall that on their voucher (where it could be useful).
So, they can laugh. Not you.

Brigida took us on a journey through St-Peter's Basilica and where the popes were buried. She was extremely knowledge, professional and very patient answering all our questions. She also provided helpful tips on navigating the city of Rome.

We took a GoCity pass to Rome and access the attractions with a skip-the-line ticket. On October 31st, we had to visit the Colosseum of Rome, the whole family was excited. Unfortunately, on the evening of 30th, we receive an email that cancels the tour (booked since 8th October). No explanation. No way to resume a visit elsewhere (first available on November 5th). Not only will we not see the Coliseum, but we also lose 1 visit to the GoCity Pass which allows to have 5 activities included.
I called two numbers, try to contact them via WhatsApp, no one answered.
Frankly, it is a shame.

Beware when you purchase priority tickets as they are not necessary except between 09:00 and 11:30. Early morning and from midday the line is small and entry usually straightforward. The site to purchase tickets is confusing and the help site is a complete waste of time. It could be labelled an information site as you will just be referred to Terms and Conditions. Even Ryanair could teach them a thing or two about customer relations. The Gallery is wonderful!

Skip the line meant skipping the longest line. We still waited in the heat for more than an hour. Very misleading. Then, admittance was a gazillion people with little space to view artwork. Not our best experience in Florence.
