Probably the best activity i had booked in Florence. Our instructor Jessica was so communicative and made everything very easy for us. It was a small group of 8 people so the whole class went on very smoothly with nice Italian music playing on the background. Jessica also offered us wine from their own production which actually very good!!!

Learning to make pasta was so much fun. I feel confident that I can replicate it at home! The recipes book will be very helpful, I'll likely laminate it! 😜 Our pasta chef, darling young woman whose name I sadly forgot, was terrific. I loved her playing technique! The pasta was fantastico! This is a great thing to do to break up visiting all the museums in Florence. You will be happy with this class!

We signed up for this experience very excited to learn how to make pasta. This experience was not the experience pictured in the ads here or on airbnb. They changed where we met (Not In the Restaurant) - in an area down the street from the restaurant. The person teaching us was nice but it was very very hot inside this room. There were several of us that just could not take the heat, sweat was pouring off of us. They had a unit in the window but it hardly blew air and the floor air-condition that they had, the helper keep standing in front of and using his cell phone. We were in one part of a large room that was sectioned off by a curtain. The other half of the area was cooler than ours. We stayed and tried to enjoy the class. Note though, we thought we would get to eat the pasta that WE made, what they do is after you knead the pasta they take it from you and put it in a bowl mixed with everyone else's and put aside and later you are given random ones to cut your pasta out of. No offense but there were sparkles in the one I got and I really didn't want to eat sparkles. Once you are done they bring it to a kitchen and cook it. No one gets to eat the pasta that they made which was a huge disappointment. Halfway through the class four of us went outside where it was cooler than inside and opted not to go back in. The conditions were not enjoyable.

This class was so fun and amazing! My friend and I are studying abroad and had no idea what kind of cooking class or where to go for a cooking class we wanted. However, Giacomo was perfect and was so nice and knowledgeable about everything. The price was perfect and you get so much pasta and wine! We made three different types of pasta with three different fillings and sauces. All were delicious. I would highly recommend this class to anyone

Excellent pasta class and yummy dinner. I feel 100% confident in remaking recipe at home. Chef was well trained and a great teacher - unfortunately he wasn't an Italian. Regardless he knew his stuff. Highly recommend this experience.

Nicola was amazing to work with. He said I made the best pasta he has ever seen. With his teaching, i can become the head chef of my local olive garden.

We had the most amazing experience at the cooking class we attended in Florence. My wife, our three teenagers, and I learned how to make lasagna and spaghetti from scratch. Our host Ms Aly was incredibly entertaining and made the entire session both fun and educational.
From the moment we arrived, we felt motivated and engaged. Aly’s energy and passion for cooking were contagious, and even our teenagers, who can be hard to impress, absolutely loved it. The instructions were clear, and the hands-on experience was invaluable.
We left with not only full stomachs but also a newfound appreciation for Italian cuisine. This event is perfect for anyone – whether you're alone, a couple, or a family. I can highly recommend this cooking class to anyone visiting Florence. It’s a must-do activity that you won’t regret!

It was a great class. David and his assistant were very friendly, informative, and funny. Making the 3 types of Pasta was great and very delicious. It was nice to be able to drink Chianti and water while we made pasta.

This was a great experience which I will definitely be trying out again when I get home. Definitely worthwhile, not just for the pasta making but eating, drinking and getting to interact with other travellers. Alejandra was terrific, made us all feel included and facilitated great conversation.

Hi - my wife and I dont eat pork pork/pig (so no ham/bacon/sausage/salami/proscuitto etc.).
My wife is also allergic to fish
Can we participate in the cooking class and just do a version without pork and fish? (chicken/beef/veal/lamb is ok - we are NOT vegetarian)
