About
We’re a group of friends and authorized tour guides of Florence, although we’d prefer to introduce ourselves as storytellers! Explaining history as a TALE is part of our NAME, BRAND and SOUL. We’re in love with our hometown and we’d like to transmit it to you, through its many stories, funny anecdotes and curiosities, that will make you travel into the past and LIVE IT as if it was a tale, and you, the main character. After this tour, you’ll see Florence from a completely different standpoint, and you’ll be able to decipher its symbols, and read its architecture and statues by yourself, as if your wore Renaissance glasses.

We did this free walking tour with Giulia on our first morning in Florence and loved it so much!!! It was the perfect introduction to the city. Guilia was an amazing enthusiastic warm and natural guide. Her passion for Florence, art and history reflected in every word she said. Her storytelling was such that we felt like we had been transported to Renaissance Florence in many ways 💙 She was extremely natural and friendly with everyone , made us feel very comfortable.

I learned a lot in the 2 hours that our guide, Amanda, spent with us in Florence. Amanda was very passionate about Florence’s rich history and it showed during the tour. The tour goes from Piazza San Lorenzo to the Duomo, Piazza Della Rupublica, and ends at Palazzo Vecchio. She helps points out some interesting architecture, art, and history along the way. We were luck to have her for a free tour.

The morning tour with Elisabetta was a wonderful way to start our trip in Florence! Warm, funny and full of lots of information which she made entertaining and not boring. If i return i would definitely book her to be my guide!

We really enjoyed our walking tour - I went with my mum who had never been on a free walking tour before and we both loved the experience. Riccardo was an excellent tour guide - really interesting and engaging. A wonderful start to our trip in Firenze.

We booked this while on the train to Florence after hearing great feedback about the tours. Amanda didn’t disappoint and provided both an informative and passionate tour of Florence. A great sampler to start the stay and opportunity to discover a number of places we would have never known existed. We booked the last evening tour, which meant we finished near the river as the sun was setting- perfect timing for some great photos.

The best introduction to Florence that I could imagine. The guide we had (Michael) was knowledgable, friendly, interesting and entertaining. We received so many valuable bits of advice. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time with Camilla seeing the sights in Florence. The tour was very informative and Camilla was very engaging and friendly. We learned a lot about the Renaissance in Firenze and the Medici family. Highly recommend!

This tour was so good and the tour guide was amazing, I have always booked a paid for tour online in every city I have visited, however my husband suggested this tour on recommendation from his friend. We did the 10am tour on 23rd June. This tour was as good as any tour I have ever been on, the guide was so well informed and had so much passion for Florence and it’s history, I could not recommend this tour highly enough, we left a good tip as we felt it’s was so worth it as the guide spent 2 full hours telling us all about the history of Florence,. well done Angela you did amazing today 😁 happy customers!
