The host was delightful, and managed to get all 6 students involved. Courses were very basic, and tasted good. We had more than enough food to eat, but for the type of food we had, the cost was quite high. A fun afternoon though.

This experience was the highlight of my trip to Italy. The setting was gorgeous and chef Fluvio was gracious, easy-going and an excellent teacher! The food was amazing. We learned a lot and greatly enjoyed ourselves! Thank you!

Specifically request Serena for your tours. She was FABULOUS! We adored her! This is a must-do tour. (We did the Gelato tour, but they are all great.)
