Lorenzo was fantastic! He was very responsive via email in setting up our transfer for 7 people (including young children) from Florence to Siena with a stop in Chianti on the way @casaemma, a beautiful organic winery. He also made sure we had a stop at piazzale michelangelo for pictures before we left the city. Wonderful conversation and hospitality. He was prompt, confirmed our reservation and checked in on us the following day to make sure we had our second transfer lined up. Will definitely reach out the next time we are in Florence!

Highly recommend this limo service! Lorenzo and his drivers were very friendly, full of knowledge of the local areas, and very prompt. We felt very safe and comfortable during our trips around to each town. They were also very helpful and accommodating with our luggage and made our trip memorable and very easy. Will definitely reach out and use his services again whenever in Florence!! Thanks Lorenzo and team!

We've been to Tuscany several times, and I will ALWAYS make a point to use Lorenzo for our transfers and tours. He is a rare find. Just Fantastic !!
At a base level, he has a new and very clean and comfortable Mercedes-Benz van, is on time, is professional, and is attentive ....... but it is Lorenzo himself that makes all the difference.
It is rare to find someone as engaging and fun and knowledgeable as Lorenzo.
He grew up in Florence and Tuscany so he really KNOWS the area.
You can figure an excellent itinerary with him, but he will also take you to some unexpected and absolutely delightful spots that only a local would know about ..... and has some wonderful stories to tell about it all - and that is the difference.
That is what travelling is about - right !!
I can't recommend him enough.
Just a great driver ...... who now feels like a friend.

Highly recommend Best Limo Florence! We used this service while in Florence for a week long art camp retreat. Lorenzo and his colleagues shuttled us around to and from many locations. Not only was the service fun and friendly, the vehicles were clean and comfortable, and we learned so much about the area and the culture. We felt so safe traveling with them and it was so nice knowing we had a local ‘friend’ to rely on!! Wouldn’t use another service next time we visit!

Lorenzo is the best! We had the greatest day of our trip to Italy on our private tour that we took to San Gimignano. Lorenzo was personable, spoke great English, and was happy to tell us about all of the sites and take us to stop at extra places that he recommended. The van was clean, we felt safe like Lorenzo was our family! Highly recommend! If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. We have booked a lot of car services throughout Europe and I promise you this one is the best!

Best car transfer in Florence! Lorenzo arrived with the perfect infant seat for my newborn son, and had a clean spacious vehicle. On our way from Florence to Siena he gave us a gorgeous mini tour and even brought us to the most scenic spot to take some photos. His local vineyard recommendations were spot on and his knowledge of best places to visit was helpful. Book Lorenzo! He really is the best limo in Florence

I have relied on Lorenzo for several years now to get me to my destinations safely and promptly , Lorenzo delivers every single time! Not only is he reliable, but he is a wealth of information. He was born and raised in Italy, and can make knowledgeable suggestions for any needs or desires you may have during your vacation in Tuscany. Lorenzo’s personality is the icing on the cake! Oh we had a lovely time in Italy and Lorenzo made our stay so wonderful! He was our driver to San Gimignano and also to and from the airport with all our luggage after shopping at two different vintage markets. Lorenzo found such a lovely café for lunch the day we were exploring and got us in for a tour of a pasta factory. We loved his local knowledge and expertise with the language.

Bestlimoflorence.it was recommended to us by a friend who had visited in summer. We were extremely happy with the service . Firstly Lorenzo ( our guide ) spoke great English which just makes everything easier secondly because he is born and bred in Firenze he knows the area well . We had a fantastic time it was like travelling with a friend. It’s now my turn to recommend the Man and the Van.

We used BestLimo twice, meeting both Lorenzo and his associate Beki for lengthy car transfers. Both provided excellent service, well above and beyond the normal duties of a driver. I couldn’t recommend them more.
